OJ's bad movie reviews has to be a weekly or bi-weekly occurrence. More of these! Loved the last one.

I think oj is still one of the main editors for this channel and does other content as well. Not that I wouldn't want to see more of these but weekly or might be asking a lot lol. If that makes sense

People that want to watch this movie it's on "Joe Bob Briggs The Last Drive-in" on the Shudder channel. Joe Bob has a lot of information on this movie and even has the main actor and the director of the movie there telling funny stories about the making of this movie. Two tidbits of information you learn that Patties lines of "Wanna Date" and "Got any Money" were actual lines that hookers in New York used at the time of making this movie. Patty whenever she would call the director even years later would begin the conversation with those two lines.
I can't recommend The Last Drive-in's version of it enough since they talk about the movie and all of the actors in it. I was already a fan of this movie but seeing how everyone really loved creating this movie made me more of a fan because it really is a work of love by everyone involved.

I'm definitely expecting Killer Clowns From Outer Space in this series sooner or later. And tbh, I can get behind why OJ loves these types of movies. He can appreciate the people who had an idea and went with it.

Plus, alot of these movies end up being way better than we thought they would be.
@@NavySharkz I think the reason for that is because you're already expecting it to be bleh in the first place. So you turn your brain off and suspend your disbelief as much as you can. Movies should be entertaining, so if you aren't being entertained, you're not watching a movie.
Attack of the killer tomatoes is another classic
Nowadays, you have greater chance of having a good time watching a B-Movie with friends rather than watching any serious kind of movie. Add some of Alex's blue bottle stuff... so much fun.
What were most of 80s' movies but B-Movies? Which was an A-Movie? Rocky? Victor Victoria? Sophie's Choice and Gandhi. A few other dramas. What we remember is Conan, The Terminator, Rambo and Predator.

Frankenhooker is honestly one of the best B movies ever. It's hilarious, raunchy, and filled with original effects.

Dude, these 80s and 90s sci-fi and horror B movies are almost always fun to watch... they should be watched in that context. This should be a regular series on the channel!
Side note, Full Moon Features are great for this... just don't venture into the 2000s, starts getting "bad" bad.

Having actually seen this movie, and others like it, I can honestly say that if you want to watch a show about people assembling their "perfect woman" out of disassociated parts, may i suggest watching such a story which is one of the funnier episodes of the Anime series, Interspecies Reviewers. The episode even ends with a satisfying Bar Massacre scene which may even please Other Joe.
BTW Other Joe; have you seen Tucker And Dale vs Evil? I really recommend it if you haven't seen it yet. It's right up your alley, AND it's WAY BETTER than Frankenhooker.

Yeah I just commented about this. I rented it from a video store when I was in high school. It had the novelty cover. It said “wanna a date?” and “Looking for some action.” Me and my boyfriend rented it and would quote lines from it for years after.

Saw this back in the day and wound up renting every other movie like it back when you could browse the store. Miss those good ol' days.
Apparently, they are re-opening some Blockbuster video stores again. You may be able to browse again pretty soon.
This and the first Ghostbusters awakened me sexually when I was a kid. It's still difficult to this day for me to maintain an erection unless im locked in a freezer being fondled by ghosts.

this movie won Killer B Movie of the Year acording to E! Entertainment's list of "Attack of the Killer Bs" so it was at least a cult classic even back in it's early days.

My god... I haven't checked in with this channel in YEARS! What's happened to Other Joe!? He has so much confidence now and his own show to boot! Good for him! He was always my favorite part of this channel and it's good to see he's doing great.
