Len - you are great. Fantastic explanation and positivity. Great jokes. Super to show how to fix those stubborn parts. Many videos who don`t show the real world. Parts only fall apart and gets together with a magic wand. He he

I noticed you used the original factory top mounting nuts and not the ones that came with the replacement strut. The replacement strut top mounting nuts don't seem as beefy as the factory ones. I might do the same as you.
The latest VIDA software recommends torquing the lower strut bolts to 77ft lbs. and then 75 degrees for the XC90. The video shows 77ft lbs and 90 degrees.
I messed with that first bolt for almost two hours… then finally broke down & hit it with minor heat & had the f*cker off in ten minutes… heat is definitely the way to go .
You knew that when you was taking off the anti roll bar that that was not the correct way. Where was you're allen key ? And your pass through ratchet oh and wire brush 🤔
+Marlin Reyes Thanks for checking us out! Those are the OEM specifications provided by Volvo to ensure the product is torqued properly to prevent any premature failure. If this step is skipped or overlooked the item may not be tightened to the proper specifications and could potentially fail. Please let us know if you have any further questions, thank you!
Thank you for your video. Does it mean turn a quarter turn after torquing 77 ft lb. Or 1/5 turn based on other viewer. If we don’t have torque angle thing.

Отличная работа, но хотелось бы видеть,как вы ремонтируете саму стойку. Русские рядом и наблюдают за вами. С уважением, коллеги.
Do you need a wheel alignment after replacing struts?
Any real life experiences how the TRQ struts are holding up on the Volvo XC90? Reading so many different opinions about quality of these quick struts…
What's the point of the angle gauge? Torque the nut to 77ft-lbs + a quarter turn?
Do you have the link to that wheel lug alignment piece used at the end?

Why you not use lubricant penetrator and torx bit as every mechanics?
+Tomasz Dabrowski Thanks for the tip! We'll pass this info along to our production team.
Where can I see a video of this procedure on a 2015 xc60
