To make a fool proof gravy: mix even amounts of room temperature butter and flour really well, I use like a tablespoon of each. Then while you have your drippings, or even just stock, heating on the stove top, slowly whisk in the butter/flour mixture in small amounts until you reached your desired consistency. I saw a hack where you cut the mango horizontally so that your knife goes around the pit (like how you would cut an avocado), then you twist the top half off. For the bottom half, I think you can do the same thing as an avocado where you take the pit out with the knife too. Idk if your mangos are soft enough for it though
