Thank you for your great review. However, this song is not really a Kpop song but rather just a Pop Song. Jung Kook happens to be Korean but this song & his whole album is all in English and is considered just Pop Music. If it was sung in Korean than it would be Kpop but sung in English than it is just Pop music. ❤
Ok that makes sense. I thought because he is a Korean artist thats what made it considered Kpop 😭😂 Im sorry im new to this genre and just didn’t want to get it wrong. I’ll know better for the next reaction videos❤️ Also Thanks for watching 🕺🏾
I agree. Thank you to the content creator for reacting to Jungkook, but I was about to say.. what makes this song a K-pop song? Like it’s all in English and has Usher as a feature. The only thing “K” about it is that JK is Korean. I don’t remember which award show this happened in…but JKs Seven won “best K-pop song” or something like that. Kinda funny when once again that song was all in English and the feature Latto now has an award for “best K-pop” 😂. There’s a video of her accepting the award and I found it hilarious.
Congrats to JK/Usher for a phenomenal performance. This collab is the great collab for the year. Kudos to all his back up dance the did an amazing job! Loved your reactions. Stay safe.❤😊

Jung Kook is serving in the South Korean military--every man between 18 through 30 must do his time in the military. Currently all of BTS is in the military and regardless of who you are you will not be allowed to take a break to perform unless you are performing for your fellow soldiers.
Usher may have put the song on his album to help promote it after Jungkook enlisted. Usher's team sent the song to radio and added it to the Super bowl promos. JK fans appreciate the loyalty Usher has shown to Jungkook. Many artist would not be so gracious.
Thank you for your wonderful reaction. Our Jungkook is the main vocalist of the world famous band BTS. Jungkook sang the 2022 FIFA World Cup official soundtrack song "Dreamer". Loved the reaction! You should definitely check out Jungkook’s live performances. He sounds incredible live (my personal favorite of this song is his iHeartRadio performance on YT)! Hopefully we can see more Jungkook reactions in the future.
I prefer the original track, but I am so glad JK got to perform with one of his own idols. Even though this is originally JK's track and this is an Usher remix, the track is also on Ushers new album so I have no doubt this will be sung at the super bowl. You cannot perform while in the Korean military but I hope they feature JK there virtually somehow.💜
I resent Usher for performing this song at Super Bowl, because this is not Usher’s song. If he had to perform and using JK and BTS riding on their coattails, that meant he’s not confident in his album selling. I loved Usher back in the day. JK loved him too but I don’t think he should have that performance at the Superbowl. That’s the main reason I didn’t watch it. Megan the Stallion collabed with BTS, Niki Minaj, Juice World, Walle, among other artists never stepped and took BTS song and made it their own by performing without the BTS members they collaborated with!! Coldplay included!
Yes Jungkook is Korean but he is the main singer of BTS. BTS market share is roughly equal to all the rest of Kpop put together. They have been together over 10 years. What separates them from of the rest of Kpop is they did not come up through the system. Because they were underdogs they had to pioneer ways around industry blocks. They started off creating their own blogs and reality shows, plus they had greater creative freedom than is normal in kpop. All compose write and produce. The rap line and Jungkook are all full members of The Korean Copywriters Assoc. Jungkook did not spend that long learning the choreo though he did have longer than Usher.
Enjoyed this reaction. This is the remix which is somewhat different than the original. I would love to see dad react to the original and/or some lives: iHeart radio (live band), Audacy radio, Jimmy Fallon, Time Square. It was nice hearing dad say JK sounded American since he is not fluent in English. I still can’t get over the reactor who listened to the original and said Jk had no business singing English songs until he was legible. He said he couldn’t understand what JK was saying… say what? 😂💜
I think you would also like B.I (with Soulja Boy and DeVita) song called BTBT. I recommend the Performance MV (there's also a Dance Practice and the original MV without Soulja Boy).
Elena, sorry if spelled wrong, missed a few. Jungkook is the only member of BTS who did an entirely in English album. He worked with producers and song writers from the West, so this is NOT a K-pop song, nor is the album, Golden, K-pop. Jungkook is the main vocalist of his group and got that position when he was 15 years old. He decided to conquer the American music market to prove his unlimited potential. Most K-pop songs have a sprinkle of English, but very few are completely in English. I'm not s fan of K-pop music, but some of it is decent. BTS music tends to sound more Western, even when they sing or rap in Korean. Thanks for giving Jungkook a chance. He's worked hard to prove that he can master pop. The risk paid off, but not without controversy. K-pop fans are not fond of their artist embracing English this much. His USA solo debut was phenomenal so I hope you'll check out some of those live performances.
Alayna* and I know a lot about K-pop actually. I mostly feel off since 4th/5th Generation K-pop started. So I haven't kept up with K-pop at all. But you are right this is not a K-pop video and I gave him the wrong info. That is entirely my fault. But I most definitely know K-pop from 3rd generation. Thanks for enjoying the video!!!
@@Honey_Uzumaki2 The kpop scene is moving quickly now a days, meaning the 4th/5th Gen,would recommend learning more about it to understand it cuz it's so different from 3rd Gen 😭
Jungkook (pronounced more like Chawn-Goog) wants to be a pop singer (without being pigeonholed because of where he hails from), which is why he chose all-English for his album. Some of the other members keep more Korean in their albums. They're all so diverse and talented, but are definitely their own artists. So when they come together, an explosion happens. :)

Lol if we’re honest the song is really new and usually the song list for a huge performance like the Superbowl be done months in advance so its not likely that this song will make it onto the set list. However if it does JK has to be there to perform as well🔥Also Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts you’re amazing ❤️❤️
@@RoseFlowTV Um. . . Jung Kook is currently serving in the Korean military & won't be out until June of 2025. I find myself down in the middle of the comments about hoping he performs live in the Super Bowl without a mention from anybody that JK won't BE here!🥲
Thank you Please react to Audacy Live Performance Video. Jungkook showcased his 4 songs from his album GOLDEN. You can see the Standing Next to You original live as well. I'm sure both of you like it Thanks a lot guys ❤
He also has Seven ft Latto & 3D ft Jack Harlow & also has a remix (song only, no mv) for 3D ft Justin Timberlake!!! ❤ He also goes by JK. He's the youngest member of BTS, 26. He's been performing since he was 15 & he LOVES his fans!! BTS Fandom is called ARMY! ❤ 💜 Hope you check out some BTS stuff too. JHope's song On The Street ft J Cole is another great 1! But tbh they don't have any bad songs! They are super awesome talented guys!
I love this reaction! To add to the rabbit hole known as kpop, I’ll drop some recommendations from my long list of favorites. For that classic but fresh 90’s R&B, try EXO. For a slightly darker, more aggressive tone, try Monsta X. For something a bit edgier, try NCT 127 (okay, all units have a little edge to them 😅). Looking forward to your journey!
Lol yea I believe she meant Main singer but inna moment she said lead. Simple mistake on her part 😂 Thanks for your feedback and appreciate you for watching ❤️
Jungkook has phenomenal vocals🔥 he sounds flawless lol which is fascinating because he isn’t even American😂 also I appreciate you for watching and I hope u enjoyed❤️
As seen from the comments, ask the fans as well for extra info since she seemed to be a bit nervous? The misinfo can be confusing, but we are more than happy to correct you (respectfully of course)
Jungkook wanted to practice sing more in English this time he wanted to push himself which he did really well. They are continually pushing themselves as individual artists and as a group. No he can't be at your Superbowl for 2 reasons he's in the Military for the next 18months so can't perform also if he did it afterwards you'd have problem's at the Superbowl it would be only be filled with with the Fandom before anyone could get access. He's far too big an artists he's a global artist that sell out the biggest stadiums in the world in under an hour. Jungkook didn't have long to learn any of his choreo for any of the songs on his album but he's used to learning choreo extremely quickly. He had only days not weeks but that's how good a dancer and vocalist he is. They do this all day long and he's been doing it since he was 13years old. Standing Next To You is on his album Golden which he recorded in a hurry as well as all the choreo's because he was only had an extremely short time span to get everything in before entering his military service.
@@RoseFlowTV Thank you and I've re read it so edited some error in grammar etc. Sorry my dyslexia kicked in again. I'm sure there are still errors but I don't always see them until much later.
This is the remix version with Usher. You should watch the original version of this song and the dance performance video and live performances. Jungkook is live always better!
I just watch the BTS (behind the scenes) video of this remix mv and it was fire lol. I’ll give that one a look at too🔥 Thanks for your recommendation and thank you for watching ❤️❤️
I really enjoyed this choreography🔥 every shot was perfect but i believe it was a one shot music video which they did extremely well💯 Also thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts ❤️❤️
@RoseFlowTV dw just saying kpop is just an industry that trains people under a system and it involves makeup and dance in it kpop is all about the training period . Jungkook is from Bts and their journey and methods was abit different from most kpop groups that's why they are one of the top artists right now 💜
I think someone else recommended that video as well🔥🔥 ok cool thanks because 1 shots are probably my favorite ways of shooting ❤️ Thanks for watching ❤️❤️🌹
I love this, but it is not K-pop. The original is fire too. This is JK performing Western funk with Usher. All of the dancers with JK are choreographers. Next time show him a K-pop song. Classic K-pop features Korean language. The top group in the world has a discography of about 300 songs. Videos are amazing. Live performances even better. Thank you for listening. I don’t think this song will be performed anywhere without Jungkook being on stage personally.

This is not kpop 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️ the song is English!!! Jk is from bts and bts is beyond kpop bc kpop is an industry not genres. Jk is singing a r&b song that’s it. Just bc he is a Korean man doesn’t mean everything is kpop.
Appreciate your feedback on this video🔥 Im new to this type of music so i just didn’t wanna get it wrong lol but thanks again for explaining it. Also thanks for watching you’re truly amazing ❤️❤️

Forget the "k-pop" label, please. U react to Jungkook & Usher - that's it. And when regarding BTS u listen to BTS, not kpop. This generalization needs to stop, because it's really annoying. Imagine someone refers to Usher as this: "This is the first time I react to A-pop, here's Usher", yeah, not gonna happen.
This is not a K-pop song ….. just a pop song by our global popstar … jungkook …. Such an adorable artist….. respect
Not kpop only because the producers are western, but since kpop encompasses every genre just like american music industry it could've been kpop
its kpop cus jungkook is a kpop idol

Lol yea I believe she meant Main singer but inna moment she said lead. Simple mistake on her part 😂 Thanks for your feedback and appreciate you for watching ❤️
Jungkook is the Main Vocalist ! Jimin is the Lead Vocalist !
Jungkook has phenomenal vocals🔥 he sounds flawless lol which is fascinating because he isn’t even American😂 also I appreciate you for watching and I hope u enjoyed❤️
@@RoseFlowTV It can be a bit confusing because in kpop groups, the "main" singer is like the "lead" singer in the west.
Душа Вселенной, крылья разума, полет свободы и жизнь всему. Не бойтесь любить, искать, надеяться и верить.
Gotta definitely have him react to bts next time for sure it'll blow his mind no doubt
I got some BTS songs on the list of upcoming reactions❤️❤️ Also thanks for Watching 🔥
This is not K-pop. JK is a global pop star now.

You should react to the original MV and maybe compare.
Lol sounds like a great idea honestly 🔥🔥 Thanks for Your recommendation ❤️ Thanks for watching 🙏🏾
As seen from the comments, ask the fans as well for extra info since she seemed to be a bit nervous? The misinfo can be confusing, but we are more than happy to correct you (respectfully of course)
Always ❤️ Thanks for watching 🔥
Just because a Korean artist sings it does not make it kpop haha
Appreciate this info ❤️ Im getting educated on this topic more. Thanks for your input and thanks for watching 🔥
Wow I love this comment❤️ The in depth analysis and information is amazing🔥❤️ Thank you soo much for this comment and thanks for watching ❤️❤️
Uf you like one shot videos you gotts see bts Save me its all in one shot its insanely incredible.
Ok cool thanks for your recommendation ❤️🙏🏾
Jk can't perform with usher because he's in military😢 he will be out june 2025
Wow thats crazyy 😳 I didn’t know. Thanks for watching ❤️
This song is from jungkook! The original video is better 🔥🔥🔥
I really enjoyed this choreography🔥 every shot was perfect but i believe it was a one shot music video which they did extremely well💯 Also thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts ❤️❤️
This is not a typical K-pop mv. This is BTS. They are what kpopis NOT.
BTS will go down in the history books for their historic run❤️ Thanks for watching 🔥🔥
Don't start with Jungkook, start with BTS.
It's not really kpop just pop and funk
My bad Im new to his music and thought that was what it was called. However thank you soo much for watching I hope you enjoyed ❤️❤️
@RoseFlowTV dw just saying kpop is just an industry that trains people under a system and it involves makeup and dance in it kpop is all about the training period . Jungkook is from Bts and their journey and methods was abit different from most kpop groups that's why they are one of the top artists right now 💜
@@BtsyearJK2025 Ok Thanks 😊 I changed the title of the video because like Tony Starks… I learn from my mistakes 😂😂
@@RoseFlowTV 😂😂💜
if you like oneshot music videos you will enjoy BTS Save Me =D
Yea Im happy to say i was just educated on what KPOP really is by another friend who is a faithful listener and I’ve added some songs to react to in later videos to come🔥 I really appreciate your input and feedback on the matter because im new to this style of music unfortunately but I like and plan on listening to more🔥 also thanks for watching ❤️❤️❤️
This is not K-pop.
I understand now lol the comments letting me know 😭😂❤️ thanks for watching I hope u enjoydd🔥
Lord, relax clearly he wasn't aware
@@Joonnitethank you! 🙄
Tell the girl that jungkook is the main singer not lead
Lol i believe she meant main singer but said lead. She actually listens to BTS and Korean Pop artists fairly regularly. Simple mistake on her wording lol thanks for sharing your thoughts ❤️❤️ and i appreciate you for watching 🔥🔥
