Hi everyone I just wanted to clarify that in the video when I introduced the song I did not credit Jungkook’s name first, as it is HIS song featuring Usher. I am well aware that it is Jungkook’s song as stated in the title of this video “Jungkook ft. Usher” it just slipped out in reverse when I introduced it out loud. I hope you will watch the original Mv/song too where there is only Jungkook because personally I still love the original song's flow better than this remix so maybe you will too. I am excited for this usher collab but I still prefer the original because the song is perfect already.

The original is good on itself own. The remix is just adding a little something-something with Usher but Kookie can definitely stand on his own.

Jungkook sang the 2022 FIFA World Cup official soundtrack song "Dreamer". He also performed it live at the opening ceremony. Please check it out.
The set and concept of the music video "Standing next to you" was inspired by the movie Romeo and Juliet by Baz Luhrmann. He released his solo debut album "Golden". The dance in "Standing next to you" is homage to MJ. The album is all in English. JK said he wanted to try different genre of music and wanted to challenge himself.
He also did a short mini concert on time square and only gave fans 30 minutes notice where he sang five of his songs from his album. You'll love it for sure. It's amazing! Thousands showed up at times square.
I highly recommend you to react to "Seven", "3D", "Closer to you" from his album Gloden.
I am not sure you noticed, but the background dancers are some of the worlds most famous dancers. Brain Puspos, Ian Eastwood and others. Keone Madrid choregraphed the song.

All of the backup dancers are famous choreographers and dancers. *I hope you will react to the original mv* . This one with Usher is the remix. This was filmed literally days before Jung Kook entered the military. and yes, MJ is a huge inspiration for Jung Kook, as is Usher. He is on video talking about it more than once when he was younger. So this is a huge thing for him. the original is absolutely a homage to MJ and Retro Funk. I like that they didn't do the exact same dance. They didn't compete. They complimented each other. There are some really good live performance videos from his debut album: *iHeart radio, Audacy Radio and Jimmy Fallon Tonight Show* .

BTS songs are known to have deep meaning and there are explanation videos on many of their songs, but they are good even if you don't want to listen to an explanation video to get all the symbolism, etc. The only one that you really almost MUST watch an explanation video for is Spring Day as it is referencing a significant tragedy in S. Korean history that meant the deaths of hundred of school kids. It is very touching, but the explanation will leave you sad and probably feeling angry.

Do check out V from BTS and his solo album Layover. he is Jazz/R&B . I think you eill be enamoured by his vocals . Its not pop-py. But more of a slow neo soul style that is worth listening to. Worth your while to check the MV and live of his solo album.
