  • Fried Anchovies or Sprats are popular around Asia. You can see it in a Malaysian rice dish, as well as Sri Lankan style, some parts of India, Japanese side dishes and some other countries around Asia. Today, I fried it Burmese style. I like a lot of fried onions in it so I added more fried onions but I showed 500g half of onions only in the video but I add 1kg onion. You can adjust quantities according to your liking. I use just dry without washing as they are cleaned and dried so I just strained with a plastic bucket only to remove some tiny stuff only. I fried it a lot to keep it longer and have it whenever you need it. You can store more than 3 months even. I used to mix up and down often if I keep longer. Let's start.
Please check the details of the ingredients below down,

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, I had fried 2 plates of those onions' potion (twice) Its mean, for that amount of Anchovies, you will need an equal amount of fried onions to mix. I had shown in video one time only, not to take video long time.(sorry that I didn't show 2plates of sliced onion in ingredients, I just wanted to show the all ingredients, not exactly quantity there.please check ingredients details in description box.I hope you can understand now.
