Highly recommend Iban’s blast for this boss instead of melee. I had to teleport out when trying to melee the boss. Ran out of supplies. But shredded it with Iban’s blast in under a minute. Just a bit of food used

Just looked at stand-alone houses in 福岡市(where I lived as a student), and the prices are indeed 1/3 to 1/6 to where I live now. Dang, I checked vancouver and vancouver Island. A lot are over 1M CAD, which is about the average for a newly built energy neutral house here in Belgium.
