I loved the first Satisfactory playthrough, I've watched it many times. When Cohh built his first Workshop he said "Can I snap this? Sorta.." exactly like he siad the first time, word for word. Hilarious. xD
This got me back into satisfactory after not having played since june 2020, had an 80h playthrough with my brother and it was the best of times. Only an hour in right now but holy hell it feels POLISHED and plays even smoother than what I remembered. GREATLY looking forward to sinking many hours into this game! Thanks for the reminder cohh!
It was through Cohhs first LP of Satisfactory that introduced me to the game and made me buy it as soon as I could. 1400 hours, 3 unfinished and 1 finshed playthroughs later, I couldn't be more excited to do it again! Thank you so much Cohh for introducing me to one of my favourite games of all time.
Honestly, how often do these games ever start with a perfectly safe landing? Never, that’s how often. I love they didn’t do the tired crash landing thing.
Good to see you play this Cohh. You don't have to press tab while mining a node. If you just press e one time, the pioneer will automine. Same goes for the crafting bench. Don't need to double-tap. Just one time space, and it auto-crafts. Good luck to you, can't wait to see your progress through this game.
Can't wait for your return from twitchcon been a long weekend at work without my cohh crutch. Really hope you stick to this game it's one of the best for watching I've seen in ages. I would even be happy if he started again after twitchcon. Also new tip when placing lines you don't need to break a line with full connections just click on the wire and it splits it for you into a new pole connected to both :-) love ya brother
@22:00 "You can press tab while mining" good tip but here's one better. TAP e to just stand there and mine continuously. Can also open inventory while mining this way. (also works in crafting station, just tap space bar)

I was wondering if he was going to check this out. He was never really the factorio addict that a lot of us became, and these types of games seem to really be love or hate. Curious to see how long he'll stick with it.
Will he actually play a full playthrough though? I thought he was hooked on Core Keeper and he’s dropped that already. I hope he sticks to it. This is an excellent game. 🎉🎉
@mancini2020 He plays core keeper with one of his kids and promised him to not go too far ahead of the game without him. He did the same thing with Terraria Calamity. I don't think his kids will play satisfactory anytime soon so he's free to go as far as he want
Hoping he sticks with this one, it's a great game but one of my fears is that he might hit a point where he needs to basically afk to let his factories produce stuff before he can progress, and that doesn't really work with streams. You can still actively explore and be building new factories or reworking old ones while others run, though, so it's not a guarantee that that'll happen.
Can't watch it live today nor can I start playing Satisfactory right now but can't wait to start my 1.0 playthrough and watch Cohh on my second monitor!

Just looking at that video age took me back a little lol... F me, it's been 2 weeks since launch already? It feels like it came out like last week or something lol.
I think biggest problems with that Smelting French Rock (or Casting Frank Stone, if you insist) was, that they made it to be advertisement for other game, and did not really tried to make good game. But anyway, I kind of feel that they are rushing too much of those games... their first games were best, more they make those games, more quality drops down. I wonder if for similar reasons why Telltale Games was destroyed..?
It's the bit rate not keeping up with all the grass textures. It's a youtube/twitch issue. I wonder if cohh could lower the amount of grash texture to help the bit rate?

26 minutes in and my life has changed. I no longer need to jam a knife in my keyboard to force my spacebar down. Another reason to watch Cohh ❤

FYI you can also single tap E when hand mining to mine automatically. Don't have to enter the inventory anymore. New in 1.0.
