I have downloaded the same application (e-test) and when I start it everything appears in Chinese, even if I press the "English" button above, the language does not change, it is still in Chinese. I think you need to side load it.
@@mrironleg It is on the google play store. Although it seems like it wants to know gps location, which is some bullshit.

The app is called "E-test".
It was not working for me, but the July, 2022 update made it work...although the BT connection seems flaky and you might need to enable location permission.
