@@zemedkunmersha2103 As a teacher, I evaluate my students using grades (A, B, C, etc.) for their speaking and listening abilites, but our on our channel, our videos evaluate, test, and teach mostly vocabulary and grammar. For most of our videos, we include the level in the title or the description.

They are both acceptable, don't worry. Either the present perfect or simple past can be used to cover situations like you have described if the delivery was done relatively recently. If the delivery was made a long time ago, you should use the simple past. Thanks for your question.
