    시럽 위에 사과를 올려 업사이드 다운 케이크를 만들었어요~
    업사이드 다운 케이크는 꺼낼 때 뒤집어 꺼내는데 떨리는 기대감이 있어 재미있는 것 같아요~
    사과를 다양한 모양으로 잘라 만들면 되는데 큼직하게 넣었더니 사과 식감도 느낄 수 있고 풍성한 맛이 나더라구요~
    생각보다 간단하고 따로 완성할때도 손이 가지 않아서 쉽게 만들 수 있는 것 같아요~
    저는 사과와 시나몬의 조합이 좋아서 시럽을 만들때 시나몬 파우더를 넣었는데 생략하셔도 괜찮답니다~
    시럽을 만들 때 너무 오래 끓이면 카라멜 처럼 굳을 수 있으니 너무 오래 가열하지 않는게 좋더라구요~
    케이크 반죽에 버터를 넣지 않고 생크림으로 간단하게 만들어 봤는데 촉촉하면서도 포슬포슬한 느낌이에요~

    ▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 20cm
    ▶재료
    무염버터 50g
    갈색설탕 90g
    생크림 50g
    시나몬 파우더 2g
    사과
    달걀 2개
    설탕 100g
    바닐라익스트랙 3g
    생크림 220g
    박력분 200g
    베이킹파우더 3g
    베이킹소다 2g
    ▶레시피
    1. 냄비에 무염버터, 갈색설탕, 생크림, 시나몬 파우더를 넣고 살짝 걸쭉해질 때까지 저으며 끓인 뒤 틀에 붓고 평평히 한다.
    2. 자른 사과를 올린다.
    3. 달걀에 설탕, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞은 뒤 생크림을 넣고 섞는다.
    4. 박력분, 베이킹파우더, 베이킹소다를 체 쳐 넣고 섞은 뒤 틀에 붓고 평평히 한 뒤 170도 예열한 오븐에서 35분 정도 굽는다.
    5. 뒤집어 꺼낸다.

    50g Unsalted butter
    90g Brown sugar
    50g Heavy cream
    2g Cinnamon powder
    Apple
    2 Eggs
    100g Sugar
    3g Vanilla extract
    220g Heavy cream
    200g Cake flour
    3g Baking powder
    2g Baking soda

    I would recommend serving it a little warm and with a spoon of cold vainilla ice cream a side. Great recipe as always!

    I made this and served it warm with a little scoop of vanille ice cream and oh my god. It tasted AMAZING!! The guest even said i could work for a progamma!!! And my dad said that i could make it any time. EVERYONE loved it!! The next day it was gone.😂😂 Thank you so much cooking tree!

    2번 만들어 봤는데 케이크는 구워지면서 윗면이 터지고 뒤집으니까 절반은 무너져 내렸어요 ㅠ 무너졌어도 맛은 있었어요 . 다시 고민하고 도전해 보려구요! 응원하/주세요!😊😊

      오븐사양에 따라 굽는 온도와 시간 차이가 나는데 속까지 완전히 익지 않으면 케이크가 무너질 수 있을 것 같아요ㅠㅠ

    First time I tried and the cinnamon sirup transform into caramel (the cake was good though). Today I tried again with more heavy cream and less sugar and it worked 😭 I’m so proud of me thank you for the recipe it’s very good

    저 혼자 작게 만들어서 먹으려고 1/4분량으로 만들었다가 가족들이 조금 뺏어먹고는 너무 맛있다구 해줘서 지금 올려주신 분량보다 좀 더 크게 만들고 있어요!!ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ사과도 큼직해서 씹히는 맛두 좋고 빵에 은근하게 나는 바닐라향도 좋구 맛있어요ㅠㅠ저는 갈색설탕이 없어서 백설탕이랑 머스코바도 섞어서 했더니 진짜 맛있더라구요!! 이 레시피 여러번 더 만들어 먹을 것 같아요🥰

      Hola cuando Sele agrega la primer mezcla se agrega frío al molde??

      Hablas del “caramelo” del minuto 1:12 ? No tienes que agregarlo cuando esté frío, tal cual lo sacas de la vitro cerámica lo tienes que vertir en el molde. Es una mezcla parecida al caramelo derretido, por lo tanto, cuando se enfría se endurece, ten cuidado, se enfría rápido.

    저는 코팅된 파운드 틀에 해볼까 생각중인데여
    따로 틀에 버터나 유산지를 깔아야 할까여 ?
    틀에서 빼기전에 충분히 식힌 뒤에 빼야겠죠? ㅠㅠ

      Actually, szarlotka is a polish word if I'm not mistaken. In russian it would be 'yablochny pirog'

      @@CloseToExtinction we not use that apple pie name since USSR time, so everyone in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, where my family lived, named that type of apple pie sharlotka. My friend from all the part of Russia call it sharlotka too. If use apples with puff pastry, we can call it "yablochniy pirog". But type of pie like in the video 100% is sharlotka

      Half of my family lives in Poland and they used to call apple pie szarlotka and also I have some friends from north-eastern Russia who say something like 'yablochny pirog', that's why I thought so
