I go google my business name to get into the account and it says it is owned by me. I do not see the Google Business Profile Manager page come up...just my personnel page with no way to change over to someone else?
We've found that sometimes Google doesn't show the management options. Try these two things. First, make sure you are logged in to the correct account! Google will sometimes automatically switch between your different accounts. Second, navigate to business.google.com to see your business that your account manages.

The Google UI has been updated! We are currently working on updated versions that apply to the newest update!
For some reason, I can not transfer the primery ownership rights.
Google changed the entire interface. And everthing is different now.

I can not see anything you have on the left. I can not even see the manager stuff your talking about. everything has changed
