Durbeen is sharing a full career path for Intermediate and A-level qualified girls from Karachi in this video. Students will first get a world class Bachelor of Education degree, followed by a job at a transformed public school, which can also be converted into a Grade-16 government teacher post upon clearing the teaching licensing test (for B.Ed. graduates only).
Starting pay would be equivalent to that of a banker, lawyer or engineer!
