Brilliant engineering, Danny!!! That "birds' nest" top is a really intricate design, and I marvel at your creativity. You have outdone yourself on this one, accurately capturing the shape, look and feel of the movie prop. Hang a few of these up on the wall and you will transform any room to the "Front Hall". And heaven forbid should any of them fall, you won't have to worry about splintered wood and broken glass. You are the wizard of cardboard! Great concept skillfully executed. I have a vaulted ceiling with nothing on the walls up there. So, I am going to make a few of them (although not 136 because I do not live in a castle LOL). Now, the quest to find boxes begins. 🧙♂
@@wizardryworkshop After about 50, I could probably figure out a mass assembly procedure which might cut the time down to 5 months, but that would still leave me with about 120 decrees and no place to hang them. 🤣🤣
My mouth literally fell open at "downloadable templates". And the frame is brilliant, love that you have included the 'skin' so those of us who are no good with a paintbrush can still have the wood look! Thank you!
I just came across you this evening. I love this project and your very meticulous how - to. The fact that you made free downloads for it was very thoughtful of you. I'll be checking out your channel more in the coming days and weeks.
This is so awesome! It looks absolutely amazing, like real wood. You did a super job Danny. And now I will give it a go and try to copy it. Fingers crossed 🤞
Danny, this is incredible!! You are an amazing creator! I can’t believe you can just look at things in the HP movies and just figure out how to recreate them. Wow!! 🤯
It looks incredible! It's so cool, I can't believe it's made of cardboard and paper! Thank you very much, Danny. My family and I were looking for some Harry Potter decorations and this is just perfect.
I always love your content; but this is beyond amazing. I have been a fan for years and your creations only get better and better! I think I will try at least 1 or three of these!
Wow!! I don’t know what else to say! I don’t think I have the patience to make this, but I want to try. That’s nothing, compared to the time it took you to design this!! Amazing work!
This was absolutely amazing! I may try your lock idea to cover up the stripped keyhole lock in my wooden cabinet (hutch) that I use for displaying my Harry Potter replicas! I'm obsessed with that lock set up!
This is an epic DIY! i just read all the educational decrees and they are brilliant! Ive always wanted to know what they all said! These will look amazing displayed! 😍😁🤩
This is incredible you are brilliant!!! I’m making a couple of these for sure! Question the hooks at the top to hang the frame. Are they secure enough in the cardboard? Or would you suggest gluing them in?
Oh! My word Danny, you have positively outdone yourself with this one! This is too fantastic for words! Thank you so much for all your hard work, and for sharing it with us so freely. I’d give you 10 ‘Thumbs Up’ if I could…👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️🇨🇦
WOW so cool. looks like a little big for me, my space is realy small so it would be giant on my wall 😅 but I am sur we can down size every thing to lie 70% and it will still be good. Thank you so much and now I have to reade all of them!!!!!
38:38 omg! I think I got lost 😵💫 is it possible for you to make both versions, so we know that we are doing it right? I personally would love to make one that has a door that opens.
@@wizardryworkshop Odd. I went back to the link and now it works. Wow. That is a lot of work you had to do. As one graphic designer to another, great job. I plan on printing these for my office and changing them out once a month. Thank you.
Take your exact knife and aluminum foil, cut into the foil and couple of time with the knife it should sharpen, you can do the same with scissors….. don’t ask me the science I just know it works…
Danny this is so cool! I can't imagine the amount of thought and patience to create this design ❤

Thanks! And yeah, it took about 6 hours to make one. Making all 136 would take almost half a year if you work 6 hours almost every day. Lol

Can you make full body cut out s of Dafne keen
Very cool
would you use a home made page protector so change the decrees?
You could probably do that.
Wow!
Where do i get the free downloads for the decrees? I looked maybe I’m not seeing it or clicking on the right things help please! Thank you!
The link is in the description box under "Download the Templates"
I'd buy this from you!

Yeah! As long as you print everything at the same scale, you can make them as big or small as you need!
38:38 omg! I think I got lost 😵💫 is it possible for you to make both versions, so we know that we are doing it right? I personally would love to make one that has a door that opens.
I may make another, and if i do I'll make an opening one!
And also a table cut out of Dafne keen
I'm logged into your wizardry workshop, but it telling me to log in in order access the templates.
Did you read the rest of the message?

The only thing I would have done with it is superglue the eye bolts to keep them in better
So far, no problems, but superglue is definitely stronger!
@@wizardryworkshop glad to hear that
