You know… as an Asian American that grew up seeing no real big representation in Hollywood, getting mocked for the very Asian food everyone is now hyped about, it means so much seeing how thru love of music, artists like JK is bringing everyone of all race, background, etc together. Warms my heart 🥰❤️
So glad I went that day to watch him. The energy was incredible he’s such an entertainer. He oozed confidence and charisma. Also after the performance there was a golden truck selling albums and golden merch
This performance just shows you that JK is HIM. Everything about this performance was perfect. Vocals, dancing, JK!?! So so glad that he played Yes or No. That's my fav song from the album.
This concert has clearly shown everyone, especially haters, that JK doesn’t use autotune and sings LIVE, unlike many so called artists who can’t sing a note without it and made millions with little talent. And not to mention the dancing, the use of a prop, singing in a foreign language etc etc. Now that is pure talent and he really is a true shining star. Even overcoming his shyness in interviews and conversing in English, hyping the crowd on his own without relying on RM or being on his own doing this. Having supported him since he was about 17, I couldn’t be prouder of what he has accomplished all these years. I feel so so proud and humbled by all our BTS members’ incredible talent both as a group and as solos.
He doesn t just sing Live, he had almost all of his promotions with Live feed. Anything can happen during Live feed, the confidence he has in himself & his vocals to do that 🤯And he never, never disappoints, literally every performance is better than the previous. It s so hard not to love this human especially with the way he repays his fans. Free concert with Live feed for everyone to see, in NY, free concert in Seoul with Live feed, he is absolute amazing. I m taking the day off to see his concert on the 20th of November. I m so excited for it.
For real, people need to remember he is learning English, yet he got 3 back to back to back No 1 hit songs in English and a full English album. So on top of the vocals , live, LIVE WITH DANCE, he’s doing this excellent in a language that is not his native tongue. Who here is doing that????? Working that hard??? N O B O D Y!!! @@reiang9637 agreed. Idols tend to learn Japanese first because it’s their first market outside Korea and the grammar is constructed the same way as in the Korean language. But learning a Latin-based language like English is very very difficult. Just like Korean and Japanese are difficult for us to learn. So am really really in awe of Jungkook.
This was so great. Consistent vocals, beautiful dancing, and look at the crowd he drew with just 30 minutes "official" notice! All we knew from the day before was there would be a surprise in NYC. Detective ARMY's figured it out with the billboard being cleaned and JK's Calvin Klein ads going on the billboard about 1/2 hour before the event. Then the stage opened up within the billboard. I saw a fan cam with the view of the billboard going showing his performance (which is good 'cause you couldn't really see JK too much from the street without it. ARMY represented. I'm so glad we got it on BANGTAN TV channel though. Thanks for the fun reaction!

All started from an Army tweeted 5 hours before the show "Ey, why are people cleaning the Billboard?". Twitter went full on detective mode right away and without knowing whether it's true or not, they just made a bet and flooded Times Square. And they won, US ARMY were so lucky to witness a legendary performance in real time. I'm so proud to live in the same era of a legend in the making, JUNGKOOK, you are a MEGA GLOBAL POP STAR!!!
I saw this on Friday and all I could think was ... I hope you guys react to it. And you didn't disappoint! JK didn't disappoint either. And neither did NYC ARMY. That man was literally born to be on a stage. I'm just thankful that my All-Star aged self is lucky enough to witness it.
By the way the choreographer for "Seven" is Brian Puspos who is also one of his backup dancers. Brian was the dancer who JK had say "Hey" into the Mic and he has been in all the live performances I've seen with JK during this promotion of the album songs.

I absolutely love the audience participation! Especially in Yes or No! I have friends in NYC that rushed over to see him and they said it was sooo cool! The city blocked off the road because there were so many fans!!! So cool!
The dancer that JK put the mike in front of is Brian Puspos. He is a choreographer that both JK and Jimin used to like since the trainee days. Brian is known for a lot of super detailed hand movements in his choreography. He also choreographed Serendipity, Butterfly, My Time, & Seven 💜💜💜
You said it right ... these dance moves pay respect to the OGs. And these moves are timeless. Its NEVER about copying (yes, antis see it that way) but these moves and beats have definitely transformed music to what it is now. JK paying homage but at the same time giving it some spice! I haven't watched JK'S Times Square performance with any other reactors because I was waiting for you guys. You're my Fam 💜 Now that I've watched it with my brothers, I could rewatch it with my younger brother reactor, Nigel Baker. In my opinion, I think JK out performs himself every time. He raises and surpasses his bars every time. I enjoyed the performance ever more so. I can’t wait to see what more our guys if BTS will bring when they get back together in 2025.
