One thing that bothers me about all the books not included in the Bible is at the end in revelation it says nobody can add to the word or take away the word. There is a lot missing from the Bible that was removed and I don't understand why when it clearly says to not add or take away parts of the Bible

The Bible is a complied book. It's not a singular source that folks decided to remove things from. The book was compiled based on basically what the guy in the video is saying, stories had to be inspired, have historical context, traced to known authors(I maybe wrong on the full context). Many of the Apocrypha books are just stories based stories in the Bible.

As someone who has red the book of Enoch i would encourage every single being in the world to read and want to know more about. It talks about so much stuff from revelation thay was removed. The coming of Christ, birth of Christ, his sacrifice for us human beings to have a way to God. It talks about the beginning of witchcraft the true beauty of the heaven the angels from heaven. The worship of heaven ,the awaiting of souls for judgement day. The tree of wisdom. Alot that brings you closer to God if you are atrue believe. It gives you the want to know and understand God and his amazing miracles and beautiful plans of the world. It shows how much of a forgiving God he is. Just read it yourself and you will thank me later. No body should stop you.

    Hmm… 🤔
    The Book of Enoch…
Should we read it or not?
Keep in mind the Book of Enoch (fragments), we’re found with the Dead Sea Scrolls.
The Ethiopian Bible has it within its pages.
The Book of Enoch does not provide details how one can be Saved.
But it offers a ton of knowledge, that people/ individuals at certain levels do Not wish to have exposed.
    First,
Get a proper understanding the current scriptures. (Find an older Bible. Pre-90’s if you can)
Once a “proper” understanding of the Holy Scriptures, then you might have enough coursry knowledge to checkout Enoch 1. (The idea is not to become distracted towards Salvation).
    Second,
Some individuals have a belief system that the Book of Enoch does fit into. (Some Seminaries and Bible schools fall into this category).
    Third,
    Check for a accurate translation.
In short, if you look at the Book of Enoch, strictly has a history book 📚 then you should be okay.
    Remember, Bible first.
Then other text as your understanding grows.

The book of Enoch is interesting and but the key question is ‘is it inspired by God?’ Maybe/ maybe not. The bible does refer to the book of Enoch but wether what we have access too is the legit book on Enoch is another question.

Enoch is the book that declares in great detail the end from the beginning, and points your directly to Christ who was hidden until his revealing. I suggest picking up a kJV cross reference by Ronald Brown. Enoch, Jubilees, 2 Ezra are excellent scriptures that help fill in the gaps of the common US cannon of 66. The only people who put any value or importance in the book of Enoch are those who don’t know their Bible well enough to recognise the serious problems with the book of Enoch.
Enoch isn’t even the author of the text. For example, the very oldest sections of the book found have been dated to 300BC, therefore between 3,000 and 4,000 years after the life of Enoch. How could the real Enoch write about Noah when the real Enoch was taken to heaven before the birth of Noah?
The (so-called) books of Enoch (there are several) were written by multiple authors, all of whom dishonestly wrote in a way to make them seem like they were written by Enoch the great-grandfather of Noah; that is, Enoch son of Jared (Genesis 5:18). The book(s) of Enoch are pseudepigraphal, the term given to texts intentionally written under a false name but written in a way to make it look like they were written by the named author; not a great start when claiming a piece of writing is so important to understanding Biblical truth.
It’s hilarious to see how many people describe the book(s) of Enoch as a “lost” when the Jewish community was well aware of these texts long before the time of Christ and REJECTED them as inspired because they didn’t meet the standard of other inspired Scripture (including the fact that they recognised the texts as pseudepigraphal); the book(s) of Enoch were never “lost”, they were (rightly) rejected. Unlike too many in the 21st century, the Jews and early Christians did actually read, study and have knowledge of the Old Testament, so it wasn’t difficult for them to recognise a fake like the book(s) of Enoch.

Much of the book(s) of Enoch is apocalyptic in nature, using wild imagery to predict doom and the final judgment of evil. Many people are drawn to it because of its heavy emphasis on angelology and demonology and the fact that a large portion of the book is devoted to filling in the “backstory” of Genesis 6:1-4, i.e. it claims to explain the origin of the Nephilim and the identity of the “sons of God,” mentioned in Genesis 6:2 and 4. The result is a strange and sensationalistic piece of non-canonical literature.
Here’s a newsflash - EVERYTHING God wants us to know about the Genesis 6 story is already IN Genesis 6. There are no gaps in the account that we need to fill using extra-Biblical sources; no matter how titillating the sources may be. You would be better off watching an old episode of the X-Files …
I’ve heard professing Christians (who clearly haven’t actually read it) claim the book of Enoch prophesies the coming of Jesus, when in reality it explicitly says that Enoch himself is the Messiah (1 Enoch 71:13-14); there’s a word for that: heresy …
And don’t be fooled by the fact that Jude quotes a prophecy given by Enoch. Jude makes absolutely NO suggestion that his source for Enoch’s prophecy is the book of Enoch. Jude’s quote is not the only quote in the Bible from a non-Biblical source. For example, the apostle Paul quotes the Greek philosopher and poet, Epimenides in Titus 1:12, but that doesn’t mean we should give any additional authority to Epimenides’ writings.

If the Book of Enoch was his will to be included with the Bible then he would have made sure it was. The books of the bible vary, depending on religions and even believers in different countries. The books were discussed at various church councils, (AD 382 in Rome, AD 393 in Hippo, and AD 397 in Carthage, for example). That's why today we have bibles of 66, 71, 81 books etc.

I’ve read the book of Enoch many times, and I don’t recall anywhere saying that the Earth was a sphere.

I read the part where people claim he was called the Messiah and this is false. Unless I’m reading a different version.

God's sheep know his voice, and those who cannot mean it is not given to them.
My advice: really get in prayer and ask for God to reveal it to you.
The Book of Enoch is scripture that's why God took enoch and commissioned him to write it, inspiring him by God Him self.
    "Enoch thou scribe".

I’m not certain you can say it is not divinely inspired. Unlike the scripture it is not canon nor to be treated as such, but in the same way art or music can be inspired, so can other theological texts, the difference is the contents must be treated with caution, and leaning on solid knowledge of the scriptures, someone well versed and wary of deception can find value in many apocryphal works. If nothing else, its an interesting perspective on Hebrew elaborations on both the divine nature of the spirit and then earthly nature of the flesh, but it also gives reasoning and elaboration for why the biblical flood was necessary

book of enoch is super useful to understand what alot of people believed about the son of man, messiah, and end times back in the day! It’s even referenced by Jude and Jesus in the NT- however i agree it’s not to be taken literally and probably not part of the christian canon.

Please read it as well as Jasher, it fills in a lot of missing details in Genesis. There is reference to Enoch in Jude and Luke.. Knowledge is power, read for yourself, you decide. He did why tell you not too.

That book was taken out of the Bible. How can anyone be asked to blindly believe the Bible when it's been edited, revised, and entire books taken out of it? Was the Vatican and others inspired by God to remove things from the Bible too? I believe in God, and he gave me a brain to think for myself. A book can be used as a weapon too

I love that y'all get to pick and choose whatever is convenient for your narrative, I love how y'all say these stories and scriptures are false because the author was not known as if you were there when it was written. You just proved a point that all religion is man made and is molded to fit narratives and agendas to keep men complacent

People should read that book so they will know why people like him don’t want them to read it.
