From the Samudramanthan video -》I agree with : 1.Mount Meru -》 Earth's axis as Mount Meru means high. And, as per Brahmanda purana and Bhagwat purana, Mt. Meru is to the north of Bharatvarsh, and Kailash is to the east of Mt.Meru. Also, Meru/Sumeru always points to the Druva Tara (polestar). Thus, Mt. Meru can be considered as the Earth's axis. 2. Mandara -》 Plane of Earth's axis precision. Mandara has many meanings like grace, churning, nectar, and adobe of apsaras. Thus, Mandara can be taken as Precision of Earth's axis (26,000 years cycle). After looking at these two, I was wondering what the Kuruma Avatar refers to/why a tortoise is used? 3. From here, I learnt Mandara also means Coral/Coral tree and tortoise and corals share a Symbiotic relationship (mutual benefit) in many ways. One can read about the coral and tortoise symbiotic growth further on Google.

It was indeed a way of communication and to preserve the knowledge system through narration of the legends or stories. Evidence of it is provided narrating legend and its decoding is available in Bhagwat purana. . Refer to story of king Purunjana in part 4 . Symbolism of story of king Purunjana is revealed. on page 553 Bhagwat purana published by Gita Press. Scholars should develop methodology to decode the legends in heritage of sanskrit texts. I urge all here to study how human memory works. The memory works by retaining images/ideas which are "weird"/"fantastic". Thus highly complex ideas are represented by weird images. The "Samudra Manthan" was thus used to make humanity remember the highly complex ideas.
Samundramanthan is basically manthan or debate or discussion between two large civilizations, who met at a point from across the Samudra. one civilization from this side of samudra and another civilization from the other side of samudra. they met and talked and new idea and products were the result. in future same will happen when we meet another civilization from another planet and an Aakashamanthanaa will take place

Nilesh Ji, I think, it could be better understood by Einstein’s special theory of relativity. As he proved conclusively we live in a four dimensional world. Deva’s live in five directional world. There is no hierarchy in five dimensional world. Bramha, Vishnu & Mahesh are the three gods who look after the four dimensional world. God himself comes on the planet earth on and off. In Geeta Bhagwan has very clearly stated that he could transfer Arjun to five dimensional 53:19 world where time is just one dimension. He showed that all the Arjun’s dear ones were dead.

After some deep thinking I concluded Samudra Manthan to be a semi literal event which goes as follows: Kshira Sagar is actually a region space with high gravity. As we are surrounded by lavanoda sagar, and kshir is more dense than salt water. As we are in Space the parvat should be a huge mass which is most probably a black hole or something of that sort, which caused severe churning of spacetime around it. The churning does signify cooperation instead of literally being a tug of war. The aim of the whole event could be extraction of energy from the heavy mass. Kurma might act as a control rod. Halahala could have been the anomaly noone thought of (a break in soace time maybe). Amrit could not have been an elixir to immortality to longevity as the lifespans of devas even brahma are fixed, rather it should have granted the possesee invincibility in war (cannot be killed before they naturally die)
Its just flooded region where water is slowly(turtle signifies slowness)evaporating and due to food crisis there arosed tension among kingdoms and as they are moving towards war(poison) somehow or someone(shiva) has brought peace between these kingdom. Its not cosmic metaphor, its our history.
@@charansai2476 firstly, a flood ends when subsides not evaporates. Also the water is not represented in a catastrophic manner, rather said to be made of kshira, which is pretty heavenly. Further the turtle (kurma) never moves, thus its speed cannot possibly be referred to. The idea of war and savior are agreeable. Still, there are some other concepts too as I mentioned in my comment

Also if you consider all first avatars of vishnu matsya, kurma and varaha the events according to me resemble as follows. 1. Regions got flooded some people saved themselves using tree logs, boats etc and other died. Because they got saved they might have thought its gods miracle (vishnu in matsya avatar saved them) 2. Now the flooded water isn't evaporating or decreasing and huge food crisis might have arrived, they are waiting for water to go and land to be visible. And there rosed tensions between communities which could resemble poison 3. Now after many years or months the water has completely gone and land is visible. This they might have symbolically dipected as vishnu(varaha) bring above the land from water(slow visible of land) Now if you say these avatars are metaphors of something cosmic then its a grave mistake we are making as hindus. People will laugh at this pseudoscience claims. If they know so much about cosmos then then they should give every knowledge about things on earth. What will you do knowing something about cosmos, this isn't helpful at all. If you think they got divya gyan then why dont you receive the same knowledge now ? Samudramanthan is symbolic . Vasuki is kundalini energy in the shape of snake resting head downward. Rakshas are the desires emanated in muladhara and swadhishtana energy centres of the body. Devas are the divine qualities trying to bring the energy up for expansion of consciousness and finally moksha through brahmarandra. The milky sea is the pranic body under which this physical body is in active mode. This what I understood in my research.
Very good interpretation. At the level of individual (sharir-mana-buddhi complex), this makes total sense. Ditto can be extended to social complex as in development and evolution of civilization. Thank you
I have a wild thought, is it possible for the Asuras to be linked to Islam? It may not be known by that name back in time but maybe eventually that is what it boiled down to? They also prohibit alcohol and music. Also I don’t think it’s limited to that, it may mean in terms of progressiveness or advancement of technology/ human development. Music not from a cultural, art perspective but back in time it did hold a lot of value and was quite powerful as we know, the mantras and chants. I call it a lost sound technology. Maybe they were against it for whatever reason. ( PS - I dont intend to cause harm to any religious sentiments it’s just a thought)
The symbolism of manthan done by Dev / Asura could also mean the civilization development done at the hands of two "peoples" who competed and collaborated to achieve it ?
Vasuki means the constellation Draco lying round the pole ("mount Meru or Sumeru") and placed on Kurma which means the shield of a tortoise = the northern half of the planet. The Asuras are at the head of Vasuki, meaning they are located in the west and the gods (at this time Daityas) were pulling the tail of Vasuki meaning they are located in the east. The churning of the milk ocean means the increase of the earth rotation as already the indian scholar B.G. Sidharth in his book The Celestial Key to the Vedas page 110 correct interpreted. This is described in detail by the ancient Greek writer Plutarch in his book About Isis and Osiris. There he describes that the former 360-days-year in which sun- and moon year were simultan changed because of an increase of the earth rotation into a 365-days-year. The earth rotated more often on her course round the sun. This means that the now moon year is the former 360-days-year.

There is no hierarchy in five dimensional world. Bramha, Vishnu & Mahesh are the three gods who look after the four dimensional world.

After some deep thinking I concluded Samudra Manthan to be a semi literal event which goes as follows:
Kshira Sagar is actually a region space with high gravity. As we are surrounded by lavanoda sagar, and kshir is more dense than salt water. As we are in Space the parvat should be a huge mass which is most probably a black hole or something of that sort, which caused severe churning of spacetime around it. The churning does signify cooperation instead of literally being a tug of war. The aim of the whole event could be extraction of energy from the heavy mass. Kurma might act as a control rod. Halahala could have been the anomaly noone thought of (a break in soace time maybe). Amrit could not have been an elixir to immortality to longevity as the lifespans of devas even brahma are fixed, rather it should have granted the possesee invincibility in war (cannot be killed before they naturally die)

Its just flooded region where water is slowly(turtle signifies slowness)evaporating and due to food crisis there arosed tension among kingdoms and as they are moving towards war(poison) somehow or someone(shiva) has brought peace between these kingdom.

@@charansai2476 firstly, a flood ends when subsides not evaporates. Also the water is not represented in a catastrophic manner, rather said to be made of kshira, which is pretty heavenly. Further the turtle (kurma) never moves, thus its speed cannot possibly be referred to. The idea of war and savior are agreeable. Still, there are some other concepts too as I mentioned in my comment
@@sarbajitdas8510 I said the water might have decreased very very slowly as slowly as how a turtle move slowly. I know in the story the turtle never moves. Also if you consider all first avatars of vishnu matsya, kurma and varaha the events according to me resemble as follows.
1. Regions got flooded some people saved themselves using tree logs, boats etc and other died. Because they got saved they might have thought its gods miracle (vishnu in matsya avatar saved them)
2. Now the flooded water isn't evaporating or decreasing and huge food crisis might have arrived, they are waiting for water to go and land to be visible. And there rosed tensions between communities which could resemble poison
3. Now after many years or months the water has completely gone and land is visible. This they might have symbolically dipected as vishnu(varaha) bring above the land from water(slow visible of land)
Now if you say these avatars are metaphors of something cosmic then its a grave mistake we are making as hindus. People will laugh at this pseudoscience claims.
If they know so much about cosmos then then they should give every knowledge about things on earth.

Would like to be connected to Shashikantji sin e i have taken a nadi rdg myself in navi mumbai ,found it to be eerily accurate and so became very interested in the science behind it.I found it to be a series of templates written thousands of years ago by at least 5 maharishis like Bhrigu, Agastya, Suka etc. And it could be like a DNA template for a whole group which by a seies of questions could be zoomed to your particular template? Are the GODs like bramha ,vishnu, shiv etc. real or just they were imaginary creations by ancient people to symbolise the concepts of dimensions, cosmic oceans and many more. I have heard that many people, who follow bhakti marga, have/had seen GOD. For example,- shri tulsidas, shri premanand ji maharaj, meera bai, rambhadracharya ji and so on. What is the logic behind it. Does it mean that puranas are not just mythical metaphoric stories but have historical significance ?

Samudramanthan is symbolic . Vasuki is kundalini energy in the shape of snake resting head downward. Rakshas are the desires emanated in muladhara and swadhishtana energy centres of the body. Devas are the divine qualities trying to bring the energy up for expansion of consciousness and finally moksha through brahmarandra. The milky sea is the pranic body under which this physical body is in active mode. This what I understood in my research.
Very good interpretation. At the level of individual (sharir-mana-buddhi complex), this makes total sense. Ditto can be extended to social complex as in development and evolution of civilization.

I have a wild thought, is it possible for the Asuras to be linked to Islam? It may not be known by that name back in time but maybe eventually that is what it boiled down to? They also prohibit alcohol and music. Also I don’t think it’s limited to that, it may mean in terms of progressiveness or advancement of technology/ human development. Music not from a cultural, art perspective but back in time it did hold a lot of value and was quite powerful as we know, the mantras and chants. I call it a lost sound technology. Correct. Multiple sections of civilization or even multiple civilizations.
Vasuki means the constellation Draco lying round the pole ("mount Meru or Sumeru") and placed on Kurma which means the shield of a tortoise = the northern half of the planet. The Asuras are at the head of Vasuki, meaning they are located in the west and the gods (at this time Daityas) were pulling the tail of Vasuki meaning they are located in the east. The churning of the milk ocean means the increase of the earth rotation as already the indian scholar B.G. Sidharth in his book The Celestial Key to the Vedas page 110 correct interpreted. This is described in detail by the ancient Greek writer Plutarch in his book About Isis and Osiris. There he describes that the former 360-days-year in which sun- and moon year were simultan changed because of an increase of the earth rotation into a 365-days-year. The earth rotated more often on her course round the sun. This means that the now moon year is the former 360-days-year.
