Hi Juan, the Enters before the date line are intended to balance the letter vertically on the page. Pressing Enter 6 or 7 times before typing the date line is a good starting point. After you complete the letter, add or remove Enters above the date line to balance the letter vertically on the page. I hope this helps. Randy
Good question! Using the No Spacing style is the easiest way, but you can also change the Line Spacing to 1 (single) and the After Paragraph spacing to 0 pt, which does the same thing as applying the No Spacing style.
Good question. It's best to use single line spacing (1.0) or the Word default of 1.08. For paragraph spacing, use 0 pt. before and after. I hope this helps. Randy

is it strictly needed to apply the "no spacing" style?
Good question! Using the No Spacing style is the easiest way, but you can also change the Line Spacing to 1 (single) and the After Paragraph spacing to 0 pt, which does the same thing as applying the No Spacing style.
@@RandysOffice oh ok thanks
Hello i just wan to ask for the font and the size??
Great question! It's best to use a standard font, such as Calibri or Cambria, and use 10-12 pt font size.
What would be the line and paragraph spacing, 1 or 1.15?
