Yeah, BoA tried to enter the US market back in the late 2000s. Totally bombed. All the Wonder Girls are fluent since they moved to the US as well in JYP's bad decision to enter the US market.
To study english, you need to speak with your family or your friends so that your pronunciation will be better. And you need to read more english books. That's how I learn english. Don't worry about your accent, it's about how you can speak to the public and people understand it.
