Are the Kelowna housing prices (still?) going down like in Ontario? Prices are down 20-30% + here in many places around Ontario .... from the peak ...

Hey @newworld6474! Thanks for the question! Housing prices in Kelowna (single family) corrected about 16% last year. SF prices are still up there but my feeling is there will continue to be a correction moving into Q2 where we will start to see stability. Great question!
