Automated Panel Stacking Robot

Watch our in-house testing of an automated robotic stacking line for rigid foam insulation that we recently shipped out to a customer.
After coming down a conveyor and going through a rip saw, the foam panels are automatically picked up and placed by the robot. The robot places bottom boards and cover sheets, then stacks them onto an X lift for removal by forklift.
This robotic stacker has been programmed to handle multiple widths, lengths, and thicknesses of foam automatically.
Similar systems are available for unstacking and feeding panels.
