I put two, 125 amps on my twin Lehmans 4 years ago, after you crank the engines it does 60 amps for around 15 minutes then while cruising it stays on 6 amps
Awesome! The Balmar is a nice alternator. I also got an external regulator and am in the process of installing it (video to follow). I went with the Arco Zeus but it has wires to run everywhere, which is why I haven’t finished installing it yet - which one did you get?
Just one suggestion.... you need to have your videographer show her lovely face!! I'm watching to see my friend and all the exciting places you are visiting. You sure do tackle some awesome tasks! I don't think anything is too difficult for you.
very clear démonstration. thank you
@@LydieBaillie - thank you for watching !!
Great detailed video. I'm going to change my alternator to Internal regulator now
@@frednov2743 - glad I was able to help!

Wow - that’s a pretty fast recharge rate - is that for your house bank ?
@@CruisingThisOldBoat all of them, 2 group 31s tied together for starting and 3 bigass deep cycles for my 12 volt fridge...
@@doncritzer2798 - that’s awesome!
One step ahead again. I have a new Balmar to install with a new external regulator for my lithium bank
