Those little half ball things are incredible. Especially if you want to do some release work while watching TV etc. You aren't having to focus like on a ball that keeps running off on you.
Let it come. Let it go. Don't get so attached to something that you compromise yourself in the process. Those are some seriously wise words. So many people need to not only hear but adhere to this myself included.
When i look at u know the trasformation is amazeing from years ago i bet u have added years to ur life how did u deal with being smaller and not as strong but looking great wud like to know cus in our heads is were its at at times it stops us getting smallereven thoe looking and feeling better
Well it definitely depends on your goals as the research has shown if you are trying to maintain strength or increase it, you want to do your strength training early, and then in about 4 hours do cardio but I would assume you are more focused on maintenance and Longevity at this point
Mark you look phenomenal! Fit, trim, strong, and athletic! Be careful with the running. I knew a guy growing up that got into running around your age. He was nuts for running. Bottom line - he ended up with something like 8 back surgeries before his 70th birthday. Walked around almost bent in half.
It's great seeing how your training has evolved over the years! I'll never stop training one way or another just like you!
I like this, it’s good to change things up once in a while & do something different, awesome work!
