I agree. All the homes she showed looked like the same developer's designs with small adjustments to give the appearence of variety. Must be limited developer completion or she's married into the developer's family selling these over-priced homes?
I'm amazed at the price difference between living outside the city of Williams (open space , trees, wildlife) and the developments near downtown. My wife and I bought a parcel in 2016 8 miles outside of town. We're building a Timber Frame lodge style cabin with our own hands from lumber I milled myself. Hauling water never bothered us. It's cheaper than city water and very convenient. Everyone has a truck or truck and trailer with a portable (+/- 300 gal.) water tank. Only 2 miles away, you pull in and put money in like a car wash. 40 gallons for every $1 or 2.5 cents/gallon. Rainwater capture is also another source of water. It was the first property we've ever owned after renting for 40 years. We did have power at the lot line and county maintained roads (a plus in winter). We love Williams and the area, can't wait to move there full time. A lot of like minded people. We have great neighbors who have welcomed us especially after they found out I am a Blacksmith and will build the shop after the cabin is finished.
A little expensive to be in that dry land i was a bit surprised
Damn! Prices are too high! I pay less in Phoenix with all the amenities!

Phoenix is super hot u can't even go outside. Williams gets only up to 83 degrees
