    Love this video! I'd love if you could do some videos of different dance drills for at-home practices :) I hope you are doing well with your condition and recovering from your injury

    Also, some video ideas are: more Pilates workouts, a video on tips to improve stamina, vlogs and a week in the life as an Irish dancer (so you could show us when you dance and work out and how long for etc) 💖

    I loved this morning Routine. I like the idea of reading ten pages a day. I love reading but always forget to do it. I also will be doing the 30 day challenge again.

    Ah, the phone away from the bed needs to get on that today! I've hard most dermatologists say just cleanse at night as it strips your good natural oils from your skin in the AM. I can relate, I think. I have PCOS which I have come close to operations; the whole body is affected. I am looking into the thyroid, too, maybe. I've had it for years now, found out at 15, very young. And am always happy to chat with friends through their journeys! I cannot wait until my copy of this book comes!

    I love your videos Amy-Mae! I also start my mornings with a smoothie and I love eating toast with banana and honey and drinking hot water with lemon honey and ginger, apparently it's very good for immunity. Also where did you get your silk pyjamas? I love them
