@@romeoalonssorobledoarvizu4553 it's not an add-on you have to install half-life 2 and then mount it in main menu alternatively, you can install a hl2 campaign map add-on pack in the steam workshop (if you know what I mean I'm sorry it's hard to explain where the steam workshop is)
They are dynamic actors from the game half life 2 they can speak when you spawn npcs and go near them but they will say like ah doctor freeman or sorry dr freeman
In what level were you in and did you hear thr voice line "attention all residents miscount in your apartment blah blah rashion reward" That means that they are trying to find the miscount aka dr freeman you need to run forwards untill you see a person sayying quick head for the roof
You have to have gmod and half life 2 then you go to garrys mod and press the games button so now you own half life 2 you press half life 2 and then you play half life 2!
