- We have all bought those box mixes that make muffins quick and easy. Let’s face it, a bunch of them leave a little to be desired. Some have a very strong oily taste, but they do not have to. You can change the way you mix them and make them taste like homemade muffins. You just have to take away the oil and water. By changing a couple of ingredients and adding a couple of more, you have great-tasting muffins.

What was the instant pudding for? I think I missed something. Looks delicious!!
Pudding just boosts the taste of box mixes. Especially a cake mix or muffin.

Missed seeing the pudding added in video
I just looked back at this and I think the pudding was edited out. It should go in at the same time as the box mix. Thanks for asking about it and letting me know. I had no idea the clip was cut out. Best Wishes.
I bake the mix that only takes a 1/2 cup of milk. The problem is they turn out a little dry. Will adding unsalted butter to the mix moisten them? I use the paper cups instead of nonstick spray etc. (I bake in a gas oven)
You could add a little more milk. The butter probably would not make that much difference. I also use a gas oven, but that did not affect them any. Paper cups are fine to use. I would add more milk, but not too much!

I don't see any reason why you could not. Just watch your bake time.
Even though you didn't put in the pudding mix what flavor pudding did you use?
I never used pudding. If I had, I would have listed it.
You did list it. Read back on your ingredients list.
@@roger12393 I see what you are talking about, but I have no idea why that was there. I did make a cake mix that uses pudding in the mix. It might have been left in my description as I copied the ingredients list. I have removed it from the list.
