Lovely video. Love your candid moments the most. Struggling to find time for self care atm with a baby but I keep telling myself I'm in a different season right now and that time for myself and self care will come again.. Just being able to have a hot cup of tea is a luxury these days. Thanks for sharing, Molly 😊 xx
Oh the days of exercising first thing in the morning. Since my fibromyalgia got bad 10 years ago I'm lucky to get going 3-4 hours after taking my pain meds. That parking spot was stunning.
Oh the soup and yummy toast, oh all the calming sage, beautiful the countryside and the crisp air and your gorgeous dog. I’ve added slow seasons to my tbr. This was a lovely slow, soothing video. So glad I subscribed to you long ago,
❤❤you are so blessed to live where you are. Sadly watching my neighborhood go down hill. Comfort shutting out the world outside my house to see beauty elsewhere thanks for sharing
Hey Molly loved this video self care is what l make sure l do weekly as it puts me in a better place, love all your videos they are really inspiring thank for sharing them,😊❤❤❤
Lovely vlog, Molly! I know exactly what you mean re: if you aren't quite in the mood for 'x', then just shorten it. 😅 I did that today: 15 min of yoga/pilates instead of the full 30-45 min. I aim for each day. The other thing I've noticed is that moving things around helps too. For example, I try to practice piano at least 10 min. per day (learning), and I find if I can do that mid-morning (I always read first thing: always) & push ups; then in the evening I am happy to end the day with yoga/pilates, etc. The bits that are usually missing from my Notion habit tracker (thanks to you!) are journaling and art... these I cannot find the time for on a regular basis... more of a weekend thing, but that's OK. Notion habit tracker each day usually has ticked: read, walk with pooches (outside/nature time), piano, French (10 min. each), push ups & I like to end with Yoga/Pilates (start with reading as that's when my mind is sharpest: in AM). Hugs! xo / PS: Have you read, The Durrell's in Corfu yet? :)
I love how you have made it a ritual to do a little of something everyday. I now see the benefits of this and the opposites are so daunting. I’ve been trying to make this a habit myself. Thank you for the encouragement❤
Lovely video thank you for sharing and inspiring me to do certain things. Since watching you I’ve reinstated reading into my daily routine. I used to read so much but it fell away. Now I look forward to taking some quiet time with a book again. Thank you 🙏🏻
I have two BCs and so am covered in their white hair. I would know you have a BC when you were meditating even if I had not seen Skye in the background. 😀
I enjoyed this video and you do inspire a calm, thoughtful life. However I was surprised to see you promoting an American based product as it doesnt seem to align with your brand. I've checked out the website and for me even with your discount it would be $51 dollars a month. That aside, I don't believe it is sustainable nor ethical to have a packet of vitamins and minerals flown from America every month. I feel I must be missing something as I believe you would have researched this. Do they perhaps have a UK warehouse?
Lovely video, I was an avid yogi for years until I found out the true background of the practice, essentially it is a satanic ritual , the breath work, the postures everything. Meditation allows all kinds of things into your life without going into too much detail, , all this new age stuff we are constantly being encouraged to do these days, people need to do their research, things are not as harmless as they appear, these things will seem amazing at first but eventually will lead to a wrong place . Sorry for the being the voice of doom, ultimately it’s everyone’s individual choice, but always be informed about what your actually participating in. All the best.
I think you’re misinformed. Yoga is not new age it is an old practice and it is not satanic either because it predates all that nonsense. Meditation is also a very old practice that predates Christianity and is a big part of Buddhism and other spiritual traditions. I think you should be more educated about these matters because your comment is embarrassing
@@CS-xl9xv oh really embarrassing?, not sure that is necessary, my comment wasn’t made to cause any kind of upset, i can’t stand seeing lovely kind people being deceived.i just want to help people find the truth. I did yoga and meditation for years, I ended up having horrendous night terrors and all kinds of things which led me to my research, I think you probably need to get your head down some rabbit holes and seek the real truths, including the history of Buddhism!… we’ve all been lied to our whole lives , in a world of deception it’s incredibly hard to find the truth, but for those that truly seek it they shall find it .
I think that you need to do further research. Yoga is not satanic. Like all practices it can be taken and subverted to the negative. After all satanism uses much of the Christian ethos and imagery, for example. Please take care of yourself - I read you as being a bit stressed. Perhaps go and see a councillor, if you are having issues in this area of your life?
@@lynnoorman2144 not sure what you mean but I’ve never been more content in my life, I know my view goes against the narrative that’s pushed on us from every direction, it’s not going to be popular I know , bless you I hope one day you will find the truth, please open your eyes and your mind, wish you all the best , my original comment came from the best of intentions , I only want good for people.
