Hare Krishna, thank you for the wonderful video! I found this video extremely helpful.
Before this I saw couple of videos and they all confused me with different info. This video very clearly explains the right procedure to prune Tulsi maharani. The drawing on the sheet was extremely helpful followed by the actual demonstration.
I was planning on spending few hours researching on this, but this video has saved me all that time!

If only ALL humans learn to see the divinity in ALL things, living and non-living. The world will be in a much better place. Hinduism acknowledges this divinity.

Please, Can you advise?- I have received a Tulsi plant and it has simply two stems each nearly a foot high!! 😲My plant looks literally like Lord Caitanya and Lord Nityananda with their arms up! I have no idea where to start to get her growing properly. Any suggestions are appreciated! Hare Krishna.

I have a young plant with about 10 sets of double leaves. Should I snip just the very top or cut at the third leaf set from the bottom?

  • @jainitaigauraharidas2669

Pruning is important. Another reason why people's Tulasi plants grow straight up is because she doesn't have enough proper light.

I have one question I live in a Mediterranean country and by the sea there are days when it gets really windy and also sudden temperature drop happens I keep on carrying her in and out of the house depending on the weather. My question is While inside my pooja room how much should I water her I keep the heater on of my air conditioner but the leaves gradually become small and there are white residue that forms on the soil her leaves get black spots this happens during winter time now she’s ok thankfully but how do I care for her in the winters.
