- Despite a bit of missing footage, I'm still pleased with how this month's baby dresses turned out!

I sure appreciate your humble mention of the bumps along the way, even at your accomplished skill level. ❤
Thank you! Everyone makes mistakes and I in particular make a lot of them. I think it's good for people to see how it's possible to work through the bumps.
@KatelynKearns Absolutely! 💯
They are gorgeous 😻 I like the red fabric best.
I absolutely adore that red fabric. I'm mulling around purchasing some more for older kids' clothing. I love it that much!
How would you finish a 1/8" seam allowance? Maybe whip stitch?
It would depend on the type of seam it is and where it is located. For selvage edges, I see a lot of originals that just whip selvages together to not waste any seam allowance. A lot of baby clothes have 1/4" to 1/8" seam allowances that are felled. Most collars/handkerchiefs/other fine linens have a 1/8" total seam allowance that is narrow hemmed, which is another option. It really does just depend on what type of seam it is.
I love that red print! These came out darlingly. :)
There are so many cool reproduction red prints out there!
Very pretty dresses ❤
Thank you!
my SIL is pregnant with her second baby and I'm sooo hoping it's a lil girl so i can make her some of these dresses!! thank you so much for this great video!!
If you do 19th century events, both boys and girls wear dresses like this! I'll likely dress future sons and daughters in the same clothes for the first few months even in the 21st century. It's a lot easier to change a diaper in a dress!
