Great Video, note that you can also take route 4 to downtown St. Petersburg from Gateway Mall as well. It will not connect you to Grand Central Station but is slightly faster if you want to go directly Downtown.
@@Thom-TRA You didn’t miss route 4 during Covid. It did run in December. you just went on route 9 because that’s the one that arrived early at gateway mall
There’s a trolley from Clearwater, you can change to the Central Avenue Trolley, then to the route 100X at Central Station. It would probably take 2+ hours.
I’d give myself 2 hours maybe. I haven’t taken it to Clearwater, so maybe even more. It’s not the most efficient way, but it’s a lot of fun! And driving in Florida sucks.
Currently, there is no direct route from Tampa to Clearwater, but there are some proposals in the works for a route connecting the two cities once the new Park St. Transit Station gets built.
I also take the psta bus! Nice video mate! Liked and subscribe:)
Aww thank you! Currently editing a video about the CAT and the Freebie in Pass-a-Grille
#2636 is a 2006 gillig! Nice! I like the older ones over the new ones tbh.

Good to know! I wonder how I missed this. Maybe it wasn't running in December 2020. Covid and all...

I went to Tyrone Square in St Petersburg before
100x goes all the way to st pete pier now
That’s good it’s finally been extended again
Why only 4 buses a day? That’s such little service
The word we’re all getting tired of hearing: COVID… but I do believe that during normal circumstances, service is much higher.

he mentioned in video.. it was normally every hour.
Why does nobody talk about the 300x
what about getting to Clearwater from Tampa?
