2020 Android System update crashes phone Blue Screen GALAXY 10 HOW TO FIX IT | Samsung and more

- If your Galaxy / Android phone was recently updated and you got this blue screen. If the reboot buttons didn't work and it just kept going back to this blue screen, here is the fix. It's gonna take a while to do it, but be patient, your phone can be restored. It happened to my Galaxy S10+

Just had this issue on my new S23 Ultra and this video is a lifesaver! Thank you so much for the tutorial. Only difference was that SamMobile didn't have the latest firmware for my device, but SamFW did.
THANK YOU FOR THIS!!! I had a similar situation where the Verizon people told me what they said to you so I was trying to find a way to fix my phone without getting a new one. This video was such a lifesaver. The instructions were easy to follow, and I was able to get my phone to restart and get back to normal. I was so scared I wouldn't be able to fix it. I want to thank you a thousand times because I don't know what I would've done after exhausting all my other options.

@speaknsee I have the Galaxy Z Fold 4. I followed the instructions and everything went well, but the update seems to be stuck at about 90% and is not moving forward to the end. Any idea what could be the issue? Thank you very much for your time and the video!

I download it and when i open odin it give me a msj with a little orange triangle and doesn't let me open it
Just fixed my s10 using samfw and your directions....THANKS! QUESTION: I tuned off auto software updates over wifi. I was using smart switch to transfer my sons old phone to this phone when it prompted me to update and then the blue download all day. What version is causing this issue? Should he not update software anymore on this device?? Samsung is off for this mess!

Thank you for the video, I woke up and turned on my phone and I saw the blue screen. I just bought my phone after Christmas so it's pretty new. It didn't show my carrier just a DSH of unknown or T-Mobile dish and some other carrier that wasn't mine. I can't power it off at all. I joined the site you suggested and downloaded and extracted. I reached the screen that you can select bp ap etc.. but when I click on them nothing comes up when I click it just shows my computer files. I'm not sure what to do now. Should I try to take the battery out? I am not sure what to do now. Thank you

I tried all this and Odin failed after I extracted all the files. 😢
This happened to me when I was charging my S22, turned it on and this came up, I just tried to turn it on again (kept the keys for 7 secs or more) and it went away... no biggity... I thought it was a bug or a virus 😅

The way Samdung decided to do this update shows how awful their software is. I'm done with them and going to a different brand next year.
This is not an crash screen you’re are in download mode 🤷♂️
After I downloaded Odin I could not get the screen to give me the 5 options
sometimes it takes a minute. You will have to go back into odin and re-sign in and try again. make sure you know which folder your odin is downloaded in on your pc

You have to unzip the files
That literally just happened to me but it's back to normal
follow the steps and remember, you have to download them and then make sure you unzip them before you finish it because they won't unzip themselves. This really sucked and it took us forever to learn how to do this but it should only take about 1/2 hour for you.
So, this is a win win for Samsung. They either get more of our info and or a nice chunk of extorsion money. Yea Samsung, thank you. (Sarcasm)

I know a better way, find a Samsung certified repair shop and they will do this for free, Samsung pays them and it cost you nothing
How is that a better way? This takes 30 minutes and you can do it yourself. Finding a "certified Samsung" repair shop, than driving it down there and waiting for your phone. ? Sorry, doesn't sound better than a download and reboot.

THE QUICKEST AND EASIEST WAY IS TO JUST PRESS ON THE VOLUME DOWN AND THE TURN ON/ OFF BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME UNTILL THE SCREEN GOES BLACK , AND IT WILL RESTART BY IT SELF ! EASY PEASY LEMON SQUEEZY!
