Excellent video! I love to hear other people's perspectives. I have always been taught that I could live forever in a paradise on earth and it is refreshing to hear it from someone else for once. Do you all not believe that anyone is going to go up to heaven though? What about the "place" that the lord was going to prepare for his disciples? The "place" where he dwells? If Jesus is with the Father in heaven, does it not follow that he was inviting some up to that place? Just thoughts. Thanks

The Bible has over 200 different types of figures of speech which if taken literally destroys its meaning. The OT is full of types and shadows pointing to spiritual realities.
Apocalyptic languages are NOT to be taken literally. Neither are parables, allegories, satire, metaphors, similes and scores of other speech forms and the Bible literally has thousands of these.
Why are there are so many references simply to "eternal LIFE" and not "eternal PARADISE"?! LIFE and PARADISE are two different words!

You may not know how very right you are! You are really stepping away from Orthodox "Christianity". Most will not understand you; but you are right. You understand the Bible spiritually. Heaven is not a place located up in some distant galaxy. Heaven is God's government, which is everywhere. It is man who got disconnected from God. I like your term "restored earth". But it is man who will be restored to oneness with God and automatically our experience of His creation will be restored.
Yes, Jesus will be on earth, but I would not say that he will not be in heaven. Because "heaven and earth will be one". There are not two places. There are two levels of consciousness: 1) Being disconnected from God and His Government. And, 2) Being at one with God whose creation is intact. The issue of the Bible is about man's connection with God.
Let me explain: I experienced the Kingdom of Heaven. It was NOT a vision. I really entered God's reality and experienced a miraculous healing. I saw everything around me through God's eyes. I did not travel to someplace else. Everything was transformed, or rather I was transformed. I had the mind and heart of Jesus. I saw what God sees. I know what God knows.
I encourage you to pray for understanding on these words: "One God. One Creation". To me those are the most powerful door-opening, miracle-working four sacred words. It is a version of the Shema. My mother, of Jewish lineage, taught me to say those words all the time. It will change everything.
In other words, the change that is to happen will be man waking up, or returing to God and His government. God already "IS". That knowing is hidden in His Name "I Am". Pray about it. When you "hear" your Father's Name, it will be Him revealing it to you in understanding, and He will reveal His Kingdom too.
It's not about things changing. It's about us changing. "Repent" means more than "stop sinning"; it's much bigger. It means return to God as the Source and Sutainer of all. Praise Him and you will enter His sovereignty.
God Bless the whole world! No exceptions!
I hope to meet you one day! Your friend and ally,
Brother Dave Christensen, Big Timber, Montana

Protestant, Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox communions all hold to the basic doctrines of counterfeit Christianity orthodoxy as defined by the Early Church, which was steeped in Greek philosophy of Neoplatonism metaphysics, mysticism and exemplified in the Nicene Creed and the first four Ecumenical (meaning the entire Church) Councils of Rome and has nothing to do with the true teaching and practices at the time of the Apostles or of Messiah. I'm sorry but it's the truth and anyone who thinks other wise is just kidding themselves of the truth!

@@Zipfreer Well said! Great things are happening as new information is coming forth giving the meanings of biblical words back to the Hebrews who wrote them. Even the Catholic Church has made some apologies for having had inserted Roman mythology into Bible texts. Funny thing, most Protestants still hold onto some of the mythology that the Catholics have renounced. Religion is impregnated with culture which is kept alive by tradition, not research.

If Jesus in not the Word as spoken of in John 1:1, why is he called the Word of God in Rev 19:13?

If Jesus is God, what happened to God when Jesus became God?
If Jesus is God, then why did he say in John 5:30, “…for my Father is greater than I”? Who is the father if Jesus is God?
If Jesus is the Son of God, then who is God?
If Jesus is God, did he create his own mother? Also is his mother, Mother Mary a greater God in that case because she gave birth to God?
If Jesus is God and he died, does that mean God can die?
If Jesus is God, who did he cry out to on the cross?
If Jesus Christ is God in the flesh and they are one, Why does Jesus speak to God as if he is someone separate?
If Jesus is God as some claim, whose voice spoke from heaven at Jesus' baptism saying: "this is my son whom I have approved, listen to him"?
If Jesus is God, why is he described as being separate from the only true God in John 17:3?
If Jesus is God, how could a God suffer?
If Jesus is God, how could he be crucified?
