This video reminds me of the veterans I saw when my father and I visited a fiesta in one of our barangays. When we were about to go to the place where we are staying, I decided to stop near them and watch them jam on the 80's songs. It was so cool.
My past guitar teacher who was from Asia, said once to me, in the Philippines, when an album is released, in a couple of hours they would have broken down the songs and would be played that night in night clubs.
Its true when inwas playing in a group iwas 19 yo. We dont have tabs to learn n lyrics n chords. We just listen to the tape or CD we right it down the way we understand later we will put corda and and all instrumental sonwe van play in the night for fiesta or wedding, that is how we do music in the philippines.
I play it on electric guitar, I have hard time playing it on acoustic cause every time I bend the strings, I ended uo buying new set of strings. Hahaha, my strings always break.
