Hi Nathan some of them can not be removed and some can by sliding them to the right or left you can gain access. If that's not the case you will have to remove the front cover.
Draya La Reyna if you take the front cover off you will see a valve on the right or left side it could be a ball valve or a steam valve. If you don't see a valve call you're building maintenance people.
Lift up from the bottom once its up halfway it should come completely off. To out back down make sure you look at the little tracks on eaither side. Take the cover sild it back down over the tracks should go right down.
jay N can you post the video on you're channel? Is you're unit fed by steam heat ? Or hot water? There are a few things I can tell you to check for but I need to know you're heat source.
