Heard attempted to go into as much detail as possible, from the moment they arrived to the moment she left Australia. During Depp's testimony weeks prior, he also spoke of the Australia incident and alleged that Amber threw a glass bottle at him, severing his finger.

If everything she described really did happen, she'd probably be hospitalized or dead. Yet it was Johnny Depp who ended up in the hospital with a severed fingertip. That piece of evidence is really hard to overcome.

@@LG81237 well we haven’t seen any evidence to support her claims and we haven’t seen enough to discard JD’s evidences including the police officer’s dispositions. On top of that she’s exhibiting weird behavior on the stand and not making sense mentally, I mean we dont see a natural emotional flow throughout her testimony, I see attempts to have specific emotions. The kind of behavior a kid does when he/she wants to lie about a mean thing he or she did you know what I’m saying? So both facts and instinct and heart are siding with JD for the moment unless more evidence is proofing it otherwise.

This woman spent almost 3 hours “crying” and wailing away and not one tear was shed in her testimony. I really can’t wait till Johnny’s team chews this chick out and exposes her lies, her performance will be legendary.

Exactly. It is no doubt she has severe mental issues but the truth is we all should know from videos and recordings that he was aggressive and violent and has on audio confessed to a physical assault. He attempts to minimize the contact. That's one way. Then there is Ambers way to dramatize it. There is a basis of truth to her claims. Of this I am certain. Johnny Depp is not an innocent alcoholic and drug addict. He participated. She participated. But did she defame him. Her need to exaggerate the events will be to her disadvantage in court. She just buried herself. They both need help.
What she described was a horrific assult. She would have been unable to walk properly and have bruises all over her body, it would be very very difficult to hide that. My dog accidently headbutted me once and I had a huge purple bruise on my face for like a week and everyone saw. Yet she went through this assult, managed to take photos of what he did to the walls and yet did not take a single photo of the injuries to her face or body, yet had done before for much smaller brusies, and no one saw any visable bruises at all. After describing her account of that night I really do think she is outright lying about at the very least a majority of her claims and its actually really disturbing. Not only that how she talks is just so off. Its like shes in a movie and speaking lines and there is very little substance, she does not really describe what happened she jist narrates it. If just odd to me.
My dog has accidentally head butted me too!!! Blood was pouring out of my nose from both nostrils and I took pictures of my face to send to my plastic surgeon because I was so devastated that it might be broken. Amber is telling me that an actress like herself didn’t take a million pictures of every single injury to send to her Dr??? Isn’t her face her life? I’ve really tried to believe the things she says but she is so unbelievable!!!!

Imagine having a foreign object put inside you…..she took pictures of her face with make up bruises but did not think to go get her vulva checked out after a heinous assault.. but she tool incriminating photo’s of the walls. A female nurse was there trying to sedate her which I can only imagine trying to help her and she did not tell the nurse about her vagina. All these details the next day about the house….and not about her injured vagina. Not once. INSANE

What I find extremely laughable is the fact that she's "crying" hysterically but not one single tear comes out of her eyes. This testimony is truly disturbing and what makes no sense is the fact that she claims that Johnny grabbed her by the neck and flung her across the room, etc but no one who saw her after the fact saw any signs of injury on her person - which in itself is a big indicator that she's fabricated this entire "attack" to fit her victim narrative.

I find it so odd that she refers to the "happier times" with such positive emotion. I have been in an abusive relationship and I refer to those "happy times" with sadness, confusion and shame at my ignorance of what was to come. I would NEVER reflect on "happier times" with an abuser in a romantic, lovey-dovey way.

She's describing a world where she's like a character in a movie who gets tiny minor injuries after falling off a skyscraper, gets up and continues running around. In the real world where you get one cut on your foot, you can't walk right for a week.
For real, I stepped on broken glass and it took months to heal properly. She's been drug around broken glass for hours, had glass shoved inside her and been beaten, yet sought no medical attention or even took photos, when she takes the time to record 'her abuser' sleeping or her yelling at him. Seems legit /s

The only part that was absolutely believable was when she recounted that JD was screaming at her that she had ruined his life. Also she caught herself but almost admitted to throwing a bottle at him. But "can't recall". All the damage she described yet she did none of it.
She had to cover her bases, so she threw one line in her testimony about “seeing Jonny put out a cigarette on his own face” and accusing him of cutting off his finger tip to the bone. She’s trying to dismiss the likelihood of her actually causing those injuries. Why would he do either of those things? Neither are consistent with his behavior at all. Johnny depp is an eccentric actor but he wouldn’t just cut off his finger tip 🤦♂️

Imagine being punched with A BOTTLE multiple times in such sensitive area of the body or even worse... having a bottle shoved inside you even one time. It would cause terrible wounds and bleeding and require instant medical attention. And yet she didn’t mention having a thought or a desire to call for a doctor. Also a middle-aged man who’s been drinking non-stop and having pills or God’s know what else and haven’t properly slept for a couple of days would probably not have enough energy to stand up straight let alone attack somebody who’s sober, young, have much quicker reaction and stuff... The saddest part of all of this, she actually needs help.
And why did she not go to the police? The disturbing part is that she believes all of this by now.

I am a victim of SV and work with women who’ve been through SV.
One of the core feelings for people who’ve been through these experiences… feelings that are intolerable and overwhelming… are violation and shame.
When people describe going into freeze and not being able to move… going still… it isn’t with peace. Which is how she’s describes going still. It’s with deep shame that their body froze and they couldn’t fight back. They are disgusted with themselves. It’s a nervous system response but most do not know this and feel that their body betrayed them.
They feel violated and this is the core experience of SV victims.
At no point in any of her accounts of being violated does she describe these feelings. In fact, when describing the incident in Hicksville, (not in this video) she seems more concerned about the fact he thought she was lying about having his drugs, and about what the owners of the accommodation would think of things being broken.
The reason she doesn’t describe these feeling is most likely because anyone who would take SV victims stories and spin them for their own benefit…

As a survivor myself, I would never just volunteer details that I can’t prove. I don’t remember the carpet. The room. I remember what happened to me. She is lying!
I don’t want to believe that anyone would lie about messed up stuff like this. I’m just trying to understand how some one could be walking on glass, have cut forearms, penetrated with a liquor bottle and not have any medical attention or any physical proof. It just makes it hard to believe that he did these things but he was the only one that went to the hospital.

It would be more believable if they took drug and alcohol tests at the time. There is just no proof of anything she is saying. The only things they both testified to was him drinking, them being in the bar, and Johnny writing with his bloody finger.

Yeah she sought to have JD case dismissed under a summary judgment without the full facts of the case seen not. Right there says it all!
I hate amber heard but that's a normal part of every trial. The defense always submits a motion to dismiss after the plaintiff or prosecution rests its case.
Lawyers try to get the case dismissed in EVERY case. If you ever go to court and your lawyer doesn't try to get it dismissed then you should sue them for malpractice.

So interesting that she doesn't once show us how she tried to protect herself, she just says he just keeps hitting me over and over again. If this happened you'd try to protect yourself, shield your face or even try to fight back. It would definitely be a part of retelling the events.

Right ! Not only did she not try to protect herself, she kept going back into an apparently abusive situation. "He threw me across the room and then I took steaks out to make dinner" ... "he threw a liquor bottle at me so I made him a coffee" .
As a neutral person on the outside looking in, I’m actually embarrassed watching her testify. I can only imagine she’s rubbing the jury the wrong way as well!
If the jury is anything like those on the Jodi Arias case, she def is. One of the women on that jury said when Jodi displayed her "survivor" shirt that Jodi "designed", *she* wanted to jump over and hit Jodi herself

@@kristinak2124 Definitely agree that it's a bad idea to judge truth base on how you think someone is supposed to behave or look. Most of the comments that are doing that are projecting ideas onto real people. It's better to try to look past how each person presents and determine who's story lines up with more of the evidence. So far we've seen more Johnny's case, so it's definitely going to appear stronger at this point.
I sure hope they can perceive acting from truth. She NEVER shed a tear thru all that acting. She tried hard!

I do not believe Johnny Depp is innocent in his actions, he did drugs and alcohol and said many awful things, threw things and destroyed property BUT do I think he ever laid a hand on her? Absolutely not, her entire testimony seems like an actor practicing her script, not real in any way shape or form. She's trying to ruin a man who had an addiction problem who is trying to right his life. I pray this trial clears him because he doesn't deserve any of this. My heart breaks for him.
Verbal fighting was there definitely, because we read the text messages. But the physical part, very questionable. We know the hitting came from her because he would ignore her, and she hated that.
Plus, Johnny was man enough to own up to his stuff rather than lie about everything. She even tried to make him trying not to protect his children from being exposed to what he was doing to himself an act of cruelty.
Infact he never denied that he had all those problems that's why he would always walk away while she was the instigator of fights trying to frame him from the beginning taking pic of his drug bag from 2012, they were dating from less than a year... she obviously wanted to get in his will to kill him and have his inheritance but when she found out she wasn't in his will, she went mad!! This is sick and really don't understand why he married her after those first 3 crazy years. 🤦🏻♀️😩🤷🏻♀️ I feel for him and hope he gets out of this well!! Johnny we love you!! Keep up!! 🙏🏽

I missed some of the trial when it was live so I’m just catching up. But what disturbs me most about this is how vastly different her testimony of this particular incident is to Johnny’s testimony. Johnny’s version is linear, coherent, un-embellished, and told in the past tense from his own point of view with accompanying explanatory gestures. Hers is all over the place! She says “I remember”, “at some point” and “I don’t remember” in almost every sentence. The things she leaves out and the way she adds random and specific details is just weird. For someone who clearly has a vivid imagination, she’s a terrible lier and far worse “actress”

No foot injuries despite being completely naked in a room with hard floor with a large amount of broken bottles all over the floor? JD repeatedly hitting the wall, her face, and smashing a phone yet no hand injury? The house manager who flew with her to L.A. the next day reported no injuries on her despite her claiming to be punched repeatedly the night before. He also testified that she said to him the next day during the trip back to L.A., "Have you ever been so angry with someone that you just lost it with them?" I want to see how she's going to explain that one.

Being a survivor of domestic violence there is no way at all that I would have ever talked about what I went thru so fluently , in such graphic detail and so calm .. when you’ve experienced trauma from dv you block so much of it out that you can’t recall in such graphic detail about certain fights you had and everything that had happened..

Astonishing how she clearly remembers what she was thinking at each instance of "violence" (the carpet, the lights, the steaks in the fridge etc), but she can't remember specific details/facts. Anyone who has ever experienced violence, knows someone who has, or heard a survivor recount their story knows she is lying. She subconsciously shakes her head from side to side as she tells her stories, can't even squeeze out a tear, provides reems of unnecessary inconsequential information so she can "set the scene", plays to the jury and gleefully looks them in the eye as she supposedly recounts traumatic information. I find this whole trial quite arbitrary, because I believe that no matter the turnout, no matter if she is found guilty, she will never feel guilt. Coming from a life of, lets say “less than decent treatment”, its so blatant how shes prioritising her cries over her words.
For me, and as I would imagine many others, when I am in a position to recount a less-than-pleasant-experience, I try to make known my truth, to speak of what had happened, and then the stress triggers my emotional response the longer i talk and the deeper i get into the testimony that the tightness of the throat and tears threaten to set in, and i have to take pauses to repress these feelings as best i can because it makes it physically hard to talk since as the emotional stress of course naturally sets in with the trauma of my recount that it gets actually almost ANNOYING for me for how it strangles my voice with the tightness and trembles while also making it hard to breathe from the tear and sniffle response thereafter. I get a bit embarrassed by the emotional reaction that sets in because i fear it also makes me out to sound weaker or sport a different tone and purpose than i mean. Dont worry, I know crying is not weakness, i just mean in the moment, the tears and sniffles and vocal wobbles make me feel like they are frustratingly detracting from the strength and urgency of my words - and thats just it: Amber prioritises the emotion over the content; Amber’s urgency is in her tears and not her telling; Amber is just the jacket and not the pages.
In conclusion, we need to replace her role as DCU’s Mera because her dryness is going to evaporate the entire ocean.
(Im sure i boiled off at least 20% of my body’s water content from just hearing her pat at her Sahara eyes and sniff the air for the scent of validation for an hour.)

Have you heard the audio that she recorded with this incident? How JD’s head security guard Jerry Judge (RIP) was describing the whole aftermath of this incident? Wow. The audio itself goes for 30 minutes - and my lord AH - is the art of pure evil. The discussions/conversations in this particular recorded audio tells a completely different version, and that she AH herself admitted to being responsible for the severed finger. This is so unjust for JD. My heart goes out to JD and his family and for all the true victim/survivors of domestic violence. I hope this evil parasite pays the price for her lies.

I had been hiding from him and avoiding his phone calls and basically in that text, he hreatens me that if he ever saw me again I better watch out that I "was going to get it you don't even know!" All because I ran away from him and avoided him. But they told me they couldn't use that as evidence in court... something about the text isn't clear on what he meant. Something like that.

No justice and till this day still stalked. She’s evil and they are all the same she needs to be locked up for all of those who never got justice
