I can summarize Heard’s entire testimony in 2 sentences. “If it makes Johnny look bad & me look good, my memory is razor sharp. If it makes me look bad & Johnny look good, I can’t seem to recall.” Very convenient.

Depp’s position in Pirates was hampered, as made clear by Bruckheimer. Ambers was hampered by Aquaman 2 reducing her role. As a defamation case. Done. No reason to get into personal life. Evidence of both sides hurting each other.
End of case. Game over. That’s all this case is about. Negative publicity, that took away from a persons lifestyle. End all, be all. Both are guilty. They both negatively hurt each other. That’s it.

My ex girlfriend was narcissistic, controlling, spread lies about me, cheated and in the end stalked me. It's been 5 years and I still can't say her name and still have trust issues. If I had to face her in court and listen to her spew more lies about me I'd probably break down crying in all honesty. I cannot imagine how hard this has all been for Johnny. He puts on a brave face because he has to and disguises his pain with humor but he can't even say her name or look at her. I know he's hurting from all this so thank god he's got a good team who care about him.

My eyes turn watery when thinking about my naive trust to her and things she did, and my body shakes of anger when thinking that I didn't respond properly and timely to protect my son and myself. I don't want to say her name (and tremble when see the same name anywhere), don't want to look at the photographs of myself she taken during 6 years (couple hundreds of them, heh - the problem is that all my photos were taken by her, so I don't have much of others for that time period...), don't want others to ask me "how is she" when they don't know that we are no-contact for years, still regretting that my career was ruined gradually since the beginning of our relationship, mourn my young and still promising years of life...

I won't tell you again. If you can't remember and turn it on and I don't hear you your objections will automatically be overruled and we will continue with this trial. This trial clearly displays the abusive use of woman status by a woman just on the basis of her being a woman in a society in which Feminism has become the national anthem. Nowadays if you don't claim you're feminist you atomatically loose everything. This is the type of Feminism north america europe and australia want to impose to the rest of the world. Feminism only for parts of life that are advantageous to women. Feminism on whether right or wrong, abusive "woman empowering" even going to stupidity and absurdity. A feminsm whereby, the 'factory settings' grant to men the "executioner profile", and to the woman, the "victim profile" as default settings like software engineers put it...
Thank God there is still some kind of justice. But I can tell you Johnny Depp is not the only one who has gone through this. Men experience this every day but are ashamed to talk because nobody would ever beleive them.

Attorneys instruct you to address the jury when you're speaking. It may look odd to you and people watching youtube videos, but does not look odd to the jury or judge. This has been proven to have a positive effect on the jury. Anyone who has been through law school will tell you that telling your client to address the jury is 100% strategy.
