The first track 'No Understanding' has been completely stolen by a Turkish DJ named Mert Yücel. Mert Yücel renamed the song to "His" for his only released album (AFAIK) also called 'His' in the year 1999. Pirat (Sascha von Dages) created this .mod in 1997.

Many here on TH-cam too that were completely ripped or slightly modified by people claiming as their own creation thinking they're too obscure to get caught. This particular one popped up in my copyright claims quite a while back which is how I've come across a bunch of stolen tunes.
!!!!their finest hour!!!! i love the amiga sound!!! got 2 amigas here remember in the 80s were every disc started with a intro from remember i hate myself for dumping all the discs i had then and drilled a hole in the disc to get use for it in pc for hmmm whatever we were doing there. now i buy used discs and haha happiness again just ordered a 8GB msata ssd for my 1200soon for my 600 too got ebay and now i wonder if sonmeone else knows where to get old or new parts for Amiga´s i just found out its built too upgrade and have always been multiprocessor time to think i had to upgrade win for workbench it probably easirer to spell.. windows 10 points howevwe i still cant get a autosaved interpreter work for me its probably time to buy soething from the past amiga for DOing these wonderful soundtracks ahh its pro o tracker i waiting for a moment of relaxation if or off fort home to "weedeeeSee" ... ;) of Sweden
Isn't it sad that a 30-some-year-old computer can play better music than 95% of today's musicians? Goes to show you how much our tastes have deteriorated.
2017 and it still sounds AWESOME.... Great job with all vidz that U uploaded on YTB! Amiga's & C64 that's my childhood...Memories come back 2 me.One Amiga still lies in my closet. Cheers from Poland!
Not sure if I love more the quality of the compo, amiga sound quality or Pro-Tracker... To the point I am wondering if it should not be better to work with Pro-Tracker, even if all trackers rock fantastically nowadays... Very nice work. Thanks for sharing.
Correct :) you can actually go higher than 56khz when you disable dma too, an Amiga 500 with ECS can go maybe as high as 70 khz in mono, totally pointless if you ask me.
Ha, PT 3.61 - the last version I used. :) I recall the program having a nasty bug that messed up samples if a certain command was used... Does anyone remember and confirm it?
damn, i used to play live sessions with two 500's, if you used proper software and a mixer to redistribute in stereo you would have 8 trax, the hard thing was to pass from one 500 to the other staying to the beat, because there was a slight delay between press play and play... lol.. I played for large crowds with these. not the same style but anyhow it sounded phat... i had an 8 bit sampling card that was okay, but 16 bit aura card sounded like crap. i manly used sounds from games (and there were thousands of game to take soundqs from). even internal overdriving sounded cool with those...
A few years ago a couple of Amiga demo scene coders/musicians (Hoffman and Akira) made an Amiga tracker program called PT-1210. It's basically a Protracker style program with the ability to have DJ style effects in real time for .mods, only made for Amiga, works on basic Amiga 500 too. iirc it was released in 2017. Here's a live stream of Hoffman doing a DJ mix of his own Amiga tunes with 2 Amiga's (both with PT1210 installed) and a hardware mixer between them. th-cam.com/video/zVF-GbGHxA8/w-d-xo.html Actual DJ session starts at 1:07:22.
@@off1k wow that sounds intersting, i wish i could find an old amiga that wouldnt be so overpriced, i used to get mine in late 90 for close to notibg (100francs, wich is 15 euros lol). and i really dont have time to take care building one myself, i acttally make a living by designing and building audio electronics

Actually in AGA (maybe even ECS) when you use VGA display modes you can use higher sampler ate about 56khz.
