Sasorich77 it's an command for Devs so they can test out if theire achievements are working correctly. Without any context the F8 argument just shows you a random placeholder achievement.
If your having trouble with the console in steam secret just paste steam://nav/console into your browser and a pop up will appear, click "open Steam client bootstrapper" and console tab is in there

The command F8 is a useless command and i will tell you why. F8 shows you a so called Achievement. But the thing is this is not a real Achievement. It's fake. I will tell you why. 234,567 is the exact number that it says you have out of 1,000,000. 234,567/1,000,000. But the thing is. It's the same for every Steam user. 234,567 From 2 to 7 in order over 6 digits.
Jãÿdęñ Čłãrę At a guess, I'd say it's a test achievement. Useless for the users, but the Devs at Valve probably use it a lot when making changes to Steam, to make sure achievements still work. Note the pattern of "234567". Tl;dr Valve uses it to make sure achievement popups work right
About Spacewar. WE download game from coopland (because we dont have money to buy it) with steamfix to play it. When we run game we notice: We play in Spacewar. After that, I clicked on it and after some clicks just download her.
