I love prime rib, especially when it's rare or medium rare which it appeared was on your plate. I stayed at South Point in August for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the breakfast buffet each day, all paid for with points. It was excellent. South Point has the best value for the money on dining in Las Vegas. I also ate at the coffee shop, Primarily Prime Rib and had several of the $1.50 hotdogs for lunch. I'll be sure and try the dinner buffet next time I'm there. It looks great.
