Is there any taxes need to pay for renting villa ? Because when I was looking for villa I have charged amount with tax but as per my knowledge if rental income is less than 20 lac per year then it is not taxable

The GST is paid by Airbnb, which they collect directly from customers. They take your PAN number to fill the tax. But this is only till you revenue is below 20lacs. Once you cross 20lacs in revenue, you need to pay the taxes yourself after collecting it from the guests.

Well, license is not asked by Airbnb to register, you can simply register and start making money. But it is always advisable that you have atleast a homestay license, which is easier to get than a resort or hotel license.
