Your pup is adorable. I was told to wait 6 months for his first haircut and when he made 4 months I couldn’t take it anymore and took him for his first groom.
I have a mini Aussie Doodle. I wish I found this video 3 years ago when I welcomed him home. He has chilled out some but I need to teach him “paw” and “spin” and work more on “heal”.
I am still afraid to let him go off leash.
Jaxon is growing up so fast!!
Good looking pup. I have a mini AussieDoodle running around in a lot of my videos. Great dogs. They love food...always..all day. Makes it easy to train them.
They do love their food and treats 😳
This helps I’m a new aussiedoodle owner and I had no idea of how energetic they are lol
This is so helpful! I'm looking in to getting a asuiedoodle!❤
Yayy im glad!!! And that is so exciting!! :)
I truly believe that dogs completely understand humans, and as someone who had an aussiedoodle, I wish had mentally stimulated him more. I was amazed at their ability to remember things for weeks and also the capacity to act on verbal commands and be highly intuitive dogs. Also, laser tags were like a miracle tool when we couldn’t go outside in bad weather. If aussiedoodles were a human, they’d be that MIT professor that exercises every day, because it is good for you. Basically, aussiedoodles never have a day off.
Well said!!!
Awesome! I noticed training going both ways. Jaxson was hoping some tricks not asked for might grab a treat. Gotta love your wonderful aussiedoodle! He's the best. You're a marvelous owner!
Thank you so much :)
Hello Jaxon watching here so I can apply the tricks to my Aussiedoodle puppy 🐶.
Heel the best command I ever thought my Aussie doodle ! People are amazed at how well he walks off leash just gotta be careful
Yes!
He is so chill in all of your videos! Do you take him for a walk before hand to get some energy out or is this his natural state?
Haha good observation of an Aussiedoodle! I tend to record my videos in the morning/midday, and that’s when Jaxon is usually sleeping/napping. Come 6-8PM though, he’s an energetic fur ball on zoomies
@@JaxontheAussiedoodle thanks for your response! I’ve been between a bernadoodle and an aussiedoodle for the last few weeks but after watching your vids im leaning Aussie lol
@@TheOnlyHelix my next dog I think will be a Bernedoodle! They seem a lot more chill and not as energetic lol
Thanks for this can’t wait to train our mini aussidoodle
Glad I could help! :)
@@JaxontheAussiedoodle we get her in 6 weeks! Any advice? I will check out your other videos :) subscribed!
Can't find the video about training with the bells for when he wants to go out. Thanks love your videos 😊
Hi Suzanne! Here’s the training bells video :) th-cam.com/video/OUTvAfchWE8/w-d-xo.html
I’m getting a mini aussiedoodle that will be born on April 4 and I’ll be getting her/him during summer so I’m binging puppy videos :>
Haha I was the same way!
me too currently! hahah
What are Jaxon's favorite treats for training?
I actually use his kibble!! I’ve been feeding him Putin’s Pro Plan salmon and rice ever since I got him :)
Very good video just wondering what brand of treats do you use for them?
Thank you so much! We use Lil Champs Soft and Moistening Treats currently :)
I have a 10 week old mini aussie doodle and he lives his life in the zoomies. Getting him to do commands without treats is super hard.
They’re definitely a lot!! Keep being consistent, and he’ll get the hang of it in no time :)
my dog is almost 10 months old and im trying to train him to be a service dog but all he does is cuddle me and usually i give him treats after he does something good and i need to do it before the summer ends but its hard for me since i am 11 years old
You got this! Just stay consistent for the summer, and he’ll learn
Thank you for this! Also what kind of treats do you give him?
Jaxon loves Dreambones twist sticks! They don’t have rawhide and have plenty in a pack
Is he a mini? He looks big! Such a cutie
Hahah yes he is! Definitely on the bigger side of a mini for sure
@@JaxontheAussiedoodle I have a mini and she’s 7months and only half his size
@@JaxontheAussiedoodle how heavy would you say?
@@Presteezh 34 lbs more or less!
I want to get one. I’m afraid they’ll give me a mini that gets to be 45 pounds, and I won’t be able to pick him up. 😮
My Aussiedoodle just started nipping strangers when they come into the house. She is 18 mos old.
I have just purchased my new aussiedoodle pup. I do not have her yet and I’m aware this is an old video. However I have some questions. Are aussiedoodles good around other dogs once introduced properly. And are aussiedoodles good around exotic pets once introduced properly? (By exotic I mean my rabbits lol) I’m hoping they’ll get along nicely.
That’s awesome! Aussiedoodles are generally great around other dogs. Moreover, they’re one of the nicest! ADs tend to have a herding instinct so they might chase the rabbits around lol. Just be mindful of that and consistently train if not wanted. They do great on a farm or open fields!
@@JaxontheAussiedoodle Thank you so much for the reply. That was very helpful, have a nice day!
