Me and my husband retired a couple of years ago, and we owned our own Butcher shop.... If you buy mince from the supermarket of SOME butchers they put chemicals in the mince to keep it red looking ... However if you just mince steak it will look bright red at first, but after its been open to the air for a while it will turn brown. Just like if you prick your finger and your blood is red , after a while it turns brown . Its because its oxidising.... If you dont believe me buy some fresh mince that you know is chemical free from a butchers and test it out for yourselves.... My customers were all aware of this .
I enjoyed watching the videos with Matt and Andy but Matt is doing such a PHENOMENAL job that I'm extremely happy with how the channel is now. I'm not saying that I don't miss Andy, but I really really enjoy watching as things are now because of all the hard work that Matt does to get videos for us all!! GREAT JOB MATT‼️🥰❤️❤️

Regarding the coffee ☕️ bags, I've actually had some in the past but haven't seen any lately. It was a novelty item briefly quite some time ago....like around the early 2000's...at least here in Canada 🇨🇦 🍁.
She doesn't put enough of the tomato 🍅 sauce on the spaghetti‼️ If she would, it would then give some moisture to the pasta and give it a chance to soften a little bit. As it is this dish will be HORRENDOUS ‼️

This video was funny then and funny now. Aww, bless Kay. She tries hard. I'm in Sheffield and offered to replace her old electric whisk (I bought a new one for her which is still in a box in the cupboard)....but she wasn't interested. Others have offered to buy her new bowls to replace those awful orange ones but she's not having any of it. I think she views her old kitchen stuff (and her faded rock band t-shirts) as her trademark. I often pity Lee for having to taste test what she cooks. Every time she boils mince I want to gip! I remember the horrid smell as my mother boiled mince too. Stunk the place out. 😆 Kay is pure comedy at time without even realising it. Hunnions! 😉

Much as I liked the dynamic between Matt and Andy, I enjoy the way Matt is doing the videos now. He's going to other counties regularly that Andy wouldn't have been free to do, which means theres more variety. I think the videos have got even better, as Matt is putting his all into them, besides which, harping on about Andy is not only grating now, it's pointless because he isn't coming back! 😁

I still watch every video and i am subscribed, but much as everyone i wish that Andy would come back, even as a guest. I really get angry reading, when people just swipe away any notion or mention of Andy. Andy was great.
When Andy left it would have been easy for Matt to give up and think, it's too tough going alone, but instead he's made the channel even better in my opinion and put an awful lot of time and, I'm sure, money into it..yet all he gets from a lot of so called supporters is whinging and moaning like a bunch of kids, begging Andy to come back 🙄

The pasta will absorb all the moisture from the tomato sauce, meat and eggs but it's still NOT enough moisture for the pasta!!!🥰❤
