I do the same breath thing with photography, now is like natural to me, I learned that almost 11 years ago and now with filming I do the same thing naturally.
I came here to watch your A9, and I found great contents. I have a Zhi Yun crane (the original model) for a year, but I haven't used for a long time. I think, it's high time to give it some jobs again. I've never used my Batis 85 on it. Thank you for the inspiration.
Solid. I own an Olympus EM5 and a 75mm 1.8. Good to know I can use that combo with a gimbal. Smartphone filming (Crane M owner) is fun and all but wanted to see if the above combo which I use strictly for artsy/portrait still photography, could translate into video. Especially with a gimbal. Now I know. Thanks man.
Thanks for your video!! Great one! Do you have any video how to set up the crane plus into my canon rebel 200D in Europe and IN America Canon SL2. I cannot find that anywhere. Please let me know! Thanks!
Hey man, I have a question. I do a lot of run and gun docu-type stuff, and I wanted to know what would be the best route for audio... I've tried a few shotgun mics, but they didn't fit when I used the CraneV2..
Great vid Josh! I also have the 85mm f/1.8 (great lens btw), and I'm looking forward on using it once the Crane Plus arrives :) Small question: how do you think these same shots would have been without the dual-handle system? I'm gonna turn full-time traveller in a couple of months, so I want to carry just the essential (and as I mainly am a photographer I already have a *hitload of stuff😅) Thanks for your help! P.S. I never breath when I use a gimbal or shoot a pic 😂
Thank you for your awesome comment! I think that the dual handle system is life-saver when it comes to getting more stable shots for a longer period of time. If you can, I strongly suggest getting it :)
Dude, that’s awesome. Everything about your videos leaves me with the impression that you’re an awesome human being, but using your mom as a model seals the deal.

The tracking shot is impressive.
Thank you...I ave virtually the same setup but have not mastered how to effectively use it. Your video definitely helps!

Funnily enough, I went to film school and they did teach me the sniper method when using a long lens.

Today for these shots, do you think this setup with dual handle is always better than RS3 - Rs3 mini without dual handle ?
