Yes. No-ish. No? 'Feather's Across Seasons' is based on a Japanese folk tale ’Tsuru no Ongaeshi' or 'Crane's return of a favour' but with a few substantial twists, one being that they are a married couple. From here it's opinion, but I don't think there's any reason to believe they're related in this particular story (particularly as Len is human and Rin is *spoilers* not). What Rin and Len 'are' is very much dependent on what song one is referring to. It ranges from twins, lovers, twins + lovers, strangers who meet and fall in love, the same person from different parallel worlds, the same person (literally)... I like to think of Vocaloids as 'actors' in that sense - they can have different relationships in different stories independent of one another. If that rambling cleared up any confusion, I'm glad. If not, sorry:P
