It would be enlightening to understand the views of Honorable Chief Justice of India on the unresolved Kashmir issue, that is hindering the peace and progress of India and Pakistan. There is no doubt about his legal expertise and his wisdom, and his respect for democratic principles, so what would he consider the best democratic solution for the Muslim majority state of Kashmir ? Would he feign to honor us with his views, as it is obvious that a democratic solution for Kashmir, in compliance with the Principles of Partition 1947, is anathema for the politicians.
Forget about kashmir indipendence . Jammu is already a hindhu majority state and kashmir's demographics is also going to change in coming years wait and see

I respectfully,sensibly, sensitively disagree to the point of the judges using social media, that will be a mess. Things are so volatile, using those will heavily impact PEOPLES THOUGHTS ON INDIAN JUDICIARY. That very much so, possibly hve deteriorating impact than anything good. Because social media being very brutal and provoking on influencing thoughts for worse reasons too soon .

In PIL N0 224 0f 2017 on 10.07.2017 justice Chandra chur elevated as chief Justice with chief Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar now stood out excellently unfit incapable in interpretation of British colonialism legislation mechanism of enfringement of rights 5 crore backlog cases pending caused from British colonialism system now collegium system setup in 1993 by Supreme Court defied sovereignty of government struck off NJAC appointments of judges by Government by virtue of keshvanand Bharti verdict maliciously passed judgments preventing Government from enacting democratic laws and changing British colonialism essential basic structure of constitution temporarily incorporated in constitution to deal with by Supreme Court judges superseding preamble of constitution. Which should have been disincorporated revoked from constitution by President of India.
