I loved my blackberry. That keyboard. You could type out an essay on those phones. And I made very few typing mistakes. It also looked very business professional. I know the world has moved on, but I do miss the old bb.

Bruv, you missed the mark! Blackberries, especially the Classic were tools for productivity i.e. business. If all you wanted to was send/receive emails, texts, calls, contacts, and store music this was the phone for you.

@@salvadorgonzales1 BB Classic came with 64gb of memory but you can add a SD card for additional space.
Even if they reuse this design, and just update a few features like OLED screen, Type-C port, and newer chipset with 5G, I would surely glad to buy this phone. Some would be like, “Ew why would you buy this kind of phone with a physical keyboard?” I MEAN WHY NOT. Yes you have the Priv and Key series, but that does not have the looks of Blackberry classics anymore.

Physical keys are always wayyyy better than on screen keys. Very satisfying typing experience in terms of feels. Man ive used the bold 1 n 2.
I wish blackberry was still supported. It was a great work phone! It had all the necessary TOOLS without all the distractions that smartphones tend to do.
if I can still use Google maps and spotify with Calls, email and messages I will gladly buy this phone in 2023

I still can't believe that Blackberry can fail. I see Blackberry OS and their products have as much potential as Apple does now. Blackberry OS is very good, organized, and Blackberry OS Very fast, smooth. Blackberry OS does not need large RAM like iOS.

I miss them too :( I wasn't able to buy a really cool and expensive Blackberry phone because at the time I was a teenager, now that I'm an adult and I'm financially able to buy whatever phone I want, I can't buy one anymore... Loved everything about it, I hope one day Blackberry start creating phones again, I don't even care if it has Android as their operating system, I would buy it. Of course, it would be nice to see a custom Blackberry Operating System, but I can only wish for now...

The operation system is still my favorite, app selection sucked but the gestures and operating system features is unbeatable even today.
I love all of my blackberrys!! All of my BB's still work including my first rollerball that I got so many years ago!! I think I have 5 BB's in total and I love them all!! I still use mine when I need to make orders online and I want the ultimate security!! I am super disappointed that they failed because their phones are truly amazing and one of a kind!! I wish they could have made it work as I am using the BlackBerry Key 2 LE as my back up and for certain programs! I just bought a Samsung S22 and I think my Blackberry has way better security and I love the keyboard as well!!

I had a BlackBerry classic, a few models older than that one. I loved it so much. I used to be able to type out a 5 page essay quicker on a blackberry than on a keyboard bc I have a disability effecting the nerves in my first few fingers on each hand. Luckily my thumbs didn’t have the pain my other fingers did, so I could type for hours on my blackberry. I ended up switching to IPhone 6s from the blackberry and hated it. But my family had a great plan but only iPhones were covered. I miss them still to this day

Need the blackberry’s back, especially now I’m older and in business , need a business workhorse phone. I tried this old one , T-mobile said the network no longer supports this device
I have one. It works on EE, basic but all one needs for texts calls.
I often say that I grew up in the perfect era. I was just getting into my career when the BB's starting coming out. This was a great time to be alive! Then the iPhone came out and it was all down hill from there. I still used them: the older BBOS phones, blackberry Z10, passports, classic. Eventually had to make the switch to iPhone. Man, I miss BlackBerry. Like I said, was a great time to be alive, and I will always be grateful that I was able to buy these phones/experiment with all of the cutting-edge tech of that time. BlackBerry was a great part of my life.

The blackberry curve was my first phone I still own it till this day. Of course my iPhone is my main phone. But I’ve had great memories with the blackberry curve I do feel sorry for kids today they will never know what it’s like to grow up in the 2000s they were the great years the good old days. I know a lot of people do envy me for being a 2000s kid
the screen size was almost the samesize as a gameboy color screen and its super amoled so it looks really good the q10 is my go to gameboy device

PS: I owned an IPhone 4S and it was the worst phone I ever owned, I will never own an IPhone ever again! From the start it never worked properly!! I have never had 1 issue with any of the BlackBerry's I owned.....all 5 of them!!!

... till this day, i still use one of my old qwerty phones run with JAVA without any issue or complaints. because, i just use my phone only for basic communication (calls/texts), and little thinks like alarms. rest of the day, i keep phones away from me as much as possible. ... i kinda hate today's "smart phones"

This is 8 minutes of a zoomer being confused by someone using a phone that doesn't have every social media and gacha game on it or even such a phone existing past 2007. I'd love to use one of these since i only use call and text but the security of an OS this antiquated is really worrying.

I took a box cutter knife to the keyboard I keep the WADZ buttons as the dpad I keep MLIJ as A and B buttons like on a gameboy I keep the space bar for start and the mike button for select and I just leave the SYM buttont there I keep GHVB button for L!1 R1 and V and B as R2 L 2 I side load the my old boy emulator through file manager but I went on google for a a older version might have to find a diferent app the buttons are just held on by electrical glue or regular super glue I did this with a samsung galaxy epic 4g as well thats how I got the Idea for Black berry q10 I think the keyboard is smaller on the phone so the dpad works really good easy to hit the buttons tobad theres no custom rom for it
Pretty much any phone released before 2017 or even 2018 is worthless to me. Sold my iPhone SE 1 and X and don't really miss them. Their battery life was terrible.
The oldest phone still in my rotation is my Pixel 3. I honestly feel it's the best Pixel ever made. Mine is the black / 128 GB and it still works like it is brand new. And it feels great in the hand.
I use the Pixel 3 a lot with my Sony WH-1000XM4 because the internal audio is so good. I basically use 4 phones per day: 2 flips and 2 slabs. The SE3 does feel a tad nicer to hold since it is shorter by 8 mm and lighter but Pixel 3 is still wonderful to hold.

BlackBerry isn't exactly known as a good music player. LG is known to have a good DAC.
The Q10 and Z10 have a Wolfson dac - using Neutron Media Player to play FLACs provided an absolutely excellent experience, and still does today.

who cares about games? The phone isnt worth it because its bad at playing games? 🤣 unreal. This seems to be a fantastic phone for adults who just need call, text, email and music. I am wary of iphones because they track you, try to control you by forcing you to use what they want you to use and emit lots of radiation which is why they lose battery when they're off lol. And they pull support of old models so you have to buy the new one.

On this phone you can't. WhatsApp isn't on BB OS. Don't think it ever was. You can get Priv or Key 1&2 that uses Android but it only has Android 7.

Yes it works for phone and text. Actually data works too but problem is BB OS is dead. You can get the Priv or Key which uses Android but I think it only goes up to Android 7 so alot of apps won't work. The only company left that makes keyboard is Titan and they make affordable phones for around $300.
