Great reaction of a great first episode. I remember discussions after S2 ended: well, this might eventually get brought up, and with Sara's call that might come out, and the drugs, etc. But BAM! all in the first episode. And no one even thought that the BIG thing would be the scandal regarding the hazing stuff and initiation parties with drugs and alcohol that would threaten the school. Wow. Gotta be honest, I was surprised and happy how lovey-dovey Wille and Simon were back at school after all the trauma they went through.
So, I'll admit that I have zero self-control, so I've already watched the 5 episodes available. Can't wait to watch your reactions to each!! Just as you did, I enjoyed seeing Wille and Simon having a little bit of a chance to be 'normal' teens in their relationship and be open about it. It sucks that Simon is grounded, of course, and obviously the restrictions at the school are gonna make it harder to spend time together, but well... we cannot actually expect just happiness, this show is not like that. I was happy that the season opened by basically wrapping up the situation with the police and lawyers and stuff about the video so that not all of this season is focused on that. However, we knew some conflict had to arise, and now we know what that is. I completely agree with you: 'breaking up' with a best friend can hurt so much. Like the fact that the show is exploring that with Felice and Sara. Here's to waiting for you reaction to episode 2!!
It's much better in Swedish. Edvin had a scheduling issue, so he doesn't do the English dub for season 3. The voice actor replacing him is OK, but it's just not the same as season 1&2 😢
Always love your reactions and you’re in for a ride with this season! I can’t wait for the finale 😢. Also I love your mushroom T-shirt, where did you get it?
oh, children of summer where taking away phones is a bridge too far :) but have you noticed that every boy in that school is neutral to downright evil where the girls are neutral to likable? i'm not quite sure what kind of message they are trying to make because girls are perfectly capable of being awful too. not that i have a problem with making them grotesque caricatures of contemptuous classism, but they could have spread the hate too.
the main characters are literally two guys that we like? and Sara is one of the most hated characters on the show along with August. I didn't notice a divide between sexes like that at all
I love that they showed Felice being heartbroken over her friendship with Sara becuase that friendship heartbreak is REAL
Yeah it’s such an interesting storyline to go into
SEASON 3 HAS SHATTERED ME!! Great reaction ❤
OK BUT LIKE, THE HALLWAY SCENE ACTUALLY MADE ME PAUSE THE SHOW, CLOSE OUT NETFLIX, TURN MY WHOLE PHONE OFF, AND RETHINK MY EXISTENCE
I am so nervous excited for what’s to come
