Dude!!! The wiggling worked for me! I noticed my wrists were hurting A LOT and I somehow seemed to be lower than I remembered. The chair was all the way down, but now I got it back up!

Omg! The lever was floppy. It wouldn’t raise the chair. The wiggle and downward pressure worked! I can’t gel it it! Saved my $100
