Chris's expertise on full display yet again. When they were talking about Luke, and you could start to feel the sadness, Chris automatically changes the subject and keeps everything on track. Many interviewers would have tried to poke and prod at the subject to get an exclusive, but not Chris. Respect. Just a great pivot.

He has a little southern twang when he speaks, like when he says "while", but I don't know if I'd call it full country accent. There are some dudes down south that mumble so fast you cant even understand them lol

Not only that but his Dad was super supportive and showed up at a lot of his matches. That's one cool dad. 🤘 Rest in Peace Luke. Know what it feels like to lose a parent. Lost my dad in 2009. WORST THING IN THE WORLD. KEEP ROCKING JUNGLE BOY!

Jungle Boy you're already legendary in my eyes! I was shocked when I saw you and your sister in a picture with your dad, on Autopsy of Luke Perry R.I.P. I was a fan of your father when I was a kid too. But AEW renewed my love of wrestling, I think Jericho surpassed the entertainment value of WWE. Something about it is just pure magic, the talent involved is pure fire. I remember the first time I saw you wrestling and I couldn't believe how awesome this normal sized guy like me was pulling off such magnificent move sets... Anyway I could ramble on all night about what you guys are accomplishing. God bless you guys and thank you for all the hard work, watching you guys helped keep me sane during the pandemic lock downs.

Just saw him over the weekend tear down the house with Jake Atlas in one of his last matches in APW in Daly City (San Francisco).....they both brought the heat. Will miss being able to see this guy live locally. AEW made a great choice in signing him. Glad I will get to see him next month at king of indies one last time before he takes a national stage with AEW.

Yeah, I had the "wrestling is stupid" phase once I started middle school too, but the only thing I was watching was WWE, and I was in middle school from 2009-2011. Well, that and the fact that Jeff Hardy was my favorite at the time and that was right when he went back to TNA. Started watching again in my sophomore year of highschool, but it was old ass tapes from the late 90's/early 2000's that got me back in. Same stuff I had been watching before anyway.

AN ALMOST 50 MINUTE INTERVIEW? I'm just 15 seconds in and I already love it. (Jungle Boy shouldn't cut his hair, he should go full Maryse in 2011 with long hair till his waist 😂😂)

Great interview~! And please tell Jack Perry he did it right. I liked him first as Jungle Boy when he came out on the Battle Royale. So his strategy worked on me. Love it. He earned my admiration first and now it's just a pleasure to find these extra details after. Awesome stuff. I hope he does really well. Stay safe!
